Worst experience ever! My baggage was delayed and the driver called me 5 minutes before delivery to drop off my bag (I was grocery shopping) and refused to wait for me to drive home to receive the bag. It contains my medication so I needed it urgently. He told me that I needed to reschedule by calling the office number. I called twice and no one answered, left 2 messages. When I eventually received a call back, I could only receive the bag the next day. All of this could have been avoided if the driver had called me half an hour before drop off instead of 5 minutes before delivery. I was told 5 minutes is company policy - maybe it’s time for this company to work smarter!!

Great experience with jag. He delivered our lost bags with air Canada at midnight and was very easy to communicate with throughout the process. This company does their best and I feel gets bad reviews based on poor airline services

We had four bags delayed for four days from Air Canada. The guy with CDS said the airline gave him only three to deliver. He went back to search for our fourth bag and brought all four to us. We are so grateful!

My baggage was delayed by air canada and they assigned CDS to deliver it. Even though I have left all the required information at the airport, I still got an email notification from CDS that I need to provide more info by calling a number they give. I have been trying to call them for 2 days, and waited for a total of 6 hours. No one answered the phone and no one checked my email. I feel quite frustrated for such experience

Expensive considering where we have been before to hold our luggage. They charge per piece. We had 2 backpacks and 1 small carry on roller. Doesn’t matter the length of time for the luggage hold. They charge for 24 hours even if you’re only gone for a couple of hours. At least they were able to accommodate us on the spot.

My luggage was not delivered for 20 days by Air Canada. I was very frustrated and emailed CDS. Luigi called me and solved my problem right away. He is really nice and helping people. He is a great example of how to change someone's opinion who is very frustrated and ready to give 1 star (even it is not their fault, it is Air Canada's fault) to 5 star and very happy client. Luigi, thank you so much one more time. Every Canadian company needs people like you especially Air Canada.

Horrible, horrible service, one of the worst representatives I’ve ever seen. They don’t update their tracking website, the customer has no way to know when the baggage is being delivered, you just sit in the dark waiting days upon days for an update. When the representatives do pick up the call, they’re unhelpful and rude when they should be making sure the client is satisfied. Their delivery process takes days and they hold no accountability for it, I’ve been waiting for my one suitcase for four days since my flight and all they have done is make me go around in circles. Absolutely pathetic.

Had the worst experience with trying to retrieve my bags. Please provide all of your information before hand at the airport including duplicate phone numbers. The airline listed a wrong phone number as my home number with all other information provided accurately. I wasn't called when delivery was made and I called customer service to update my information and schedule re-delivery. The service agent was so rude and told me to go pick up my bags at the airport when I asked for a time-frame for the re-delivery. Then she hung up on me. Honestly, with all of the current reviews, surprised that this company is still a business.

Staff are very friendly and efficient. Left my luggage here during a layover and CDS handled my bag with care. Very convenient location near baggage claim and was able to drop off and pick up my bag with ease. Prices are very reasonable.

Delivered the wrong bag to me and my brother.RESPONSE TO OWNER: The airline had the correct information because they make US write it all down for them to ensure accuracy. Your drivers simply grabbed the wrong bags. They delivered my bag to my brothers house an hour away from mine and delivered his to me. This is simply lack of attention to detail no other fault than the driver doing a terrible job. Rather than passing the buck off to the airline a simple apology for making us spend a couple hours to fix your mistake would have been ideal. Pathetic.
