I have a unit in the Westwood Mall, one day I had a customer who was drunk and was making a scene and harassing other customer in my unit. I called security guad and they responded it in a most professional and convenient way. A guard name Ankit was on duty; he helped to escort out that drunk customer from the unit and also offered help if in case a guy comes back again. Very professional and knowlegable company. All employess are very helpful and good communication. Keep up the good work!

The security guards at 4011 brickstone mews and 510 Curran place are not trained to handle any questions from residents. Most of them have bad manners and work as if they hate their jobs. Security guards change every 2 weeks with much worse staff. Horrible experience dealing with their so called security guards who are not trained and lack basic speaking skills and manners.

Manager Nash confirmed with me after a threatened to make a bad review that they can “counter bad reviews” (i.e. write fake positive so reviews). Secondly, after living here for 3 months, they have lost two packages without searching for them and speaking extremely condescendingly to me and those I live with. Extreme lack of competence and very moody staff overall.
