Amazed by the youth working here helpful polite informed Wow Wow Wow. Food buns are as fresh as they can possibly come and meat is localy sourced. Tons of options . Lots of variety in Milkshakes i went for the seasonal mini egg. Portion was a bit small. Poutine was incredibly portioned and balanced between gravy fresh cut fries and cheese. Went with the burger with penut butter and bacon was rather suprised that the peanut butter was fresh chopped nuts sadly it didnt really add a ton of peanut butter taste to the burger. All in all meal was fresh and warm but a bit pricey at $30 for one person.

Amazing milkshake selection and flavours! The portion size is very good for the price and quality of their shakes. The rest of their menu also looks very appetizing.I'll definitely be coming here more often! My go-to for millshakes now.

Burgers are great. Wide variety of a little something different. Shakes were fabulous and Cherry Dole Whip was wonderfully refreshing! All staff were friendly and seemed to be enjoying being there. Was nice to see. Not much indoor seating, but there is outdoor seating as well.

The service was quick and friendly! Really enjoyed the hangover burger, a burger between a grilled cheese sandwich. So many unique burger menu items available. The cream sicle milkshake was delicious, the milkshakes are very unique as well. Lovely atmosphere. It was my first time there, will definately go again.

Use to have a good burger, French fries and a distinct gravy.Big changes recently the French fries look like the cheap frozen sun spun brand the gravy taste different and not as good. the burger meat has hardly any flavour and not near as good as before I basically can taste just the lettuceI used to Recommend jacks burger shack but will no longer do so due to all these terrible changes.Management needs to get priorities straight, save a few dollars and drive customers away or get back to what made jacks unique.Big disappointment! Not worth the $40

Waited a long time to visit here, parking can be a challenge. There are many choices on a blackboard which are very hard to see. There are no combos which makes for a very expensive lunch, BBQ crunch burger, fries and a drink was over $21. The burger was good, fresh bun, hamburger itself very thin buy it was very good, fries were nothing special for the cost. Service was quick and ordering easy which was a treat in itself.

The burger report for Jack's Burger Shack St Albert.Jack's Burger Shack has apparently been open for about 10 years or so and have gotten a bit of a reputation so we decided to give them a try. Please note if you are going here that they are closed between 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. so don't make the mistake we did and come at 2:45 LOL. Once we found a parking spot at the back of the building we walked around to Jack's and it's a small cozy little eatery but the staff are super friendly and very informative on any questions you may have. They seem to be a licensed establishment so you can get a shot of liquor in your drink which is a nice surprise. They have a selection of burgers which did take us a little bit of time to order as we were not familiar with the menu but with help from our server we decided to try The hangover Burger and the regular burger with cheese and bacon added as well as a poutine. The meal was cooked in a timely manner and we received our food faster than we expected. The hangover Burger is basically a burger in between two grilled cheese which is pretty good but the regular burger with bacon and cheese was my favorite. The meat is a Smashburger but they grill it to a point where the meat and fat is rendered toward the edges giving it that beautiful flavor we've all come to love, the condiments are very fresh and they're homemade Jack sauce had an excellent flavor with the burger, my only complaint was that I didn't get a double Patty. The hangover Burger which is the grilled cheese themed tasted good and I can see why some people consider this their favorite. The poutine was excellent, the fresh cut fries and done to a Golden crisp and you can taste the fryer oil was fresh and the gravy is homemade and tastes amazing, many other places would use a bag gravy but not Jack's. They're gravy is poured over the curd cheese and being piping hot, melts the cheese right onto the french fries, who could ask for more than that? The eatery may be small but has more than a dozen chairs and a few tables if you would like to eat there. The one thing that stood out was the taste of the burgers as in the actual meat you could tell it was very fresh and, it had that crisp to it which tasted amazing and they used a larger bun not your typical sesame seed store bought bun, but an airy soft styled bun. While it is nice, it does crush down a little bit more than I would like so be ready for it, all in all it works well with their burgers. Jack's Burger Shack is known to try different types of burgers and have let people know if they have any ideas to share with them which is pretty cool. All in all I would like to give this place a 8.6 on the Munch meter which is very good. Anything over a 8 is a place you should definitely try out. Great job guys and keep it up and thank you very much for a great meal.

Good burger as I ordered the Big Jack" with fries. The burger patties is seasoned perfectly with a nice caramelized crust. One minor problem is that the bun disintegrates with all the other ingredients. There is fries in the burger too though not much of it. Same with the jack sauce. However this burger is 100 times better than Burgerpriest's burger.The fries is okay as I feel like its missing something. Maybe the way it is prepared or cooked. The salt aloli is really good though as it was creamy and not too salty.The milkshake I order was Darth Vader. I am not joking as that is the name of the drink. Darth Vader is coke and vanilla. This is really good milkshake. Probably the best I had so far.You have to buy burger

Excellent food at reasonable prices. Generous portions. Burger was very tasty. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Burger not bad but not as good as it was a few years ago, fries were a bit soggy they used to be crisp and the gravy not exactly good as a few years ago.Really like the fresh buns they use, probably a little more sauce on the burger and a little more seasoning would boost it up. No to watered down gravy it kills the flavour and ends up thick and jellied.
