The massages here are great (Naoko is incredible and life changing), I recommend everyone here unfortunately front admin staff are all cold and rude.Long time customer and after all these years they are unhelpful, cold and don't care.With the prices increasing the cold customer service is not appreciated

Christine, the front receptionist is rude. I've complained about her before and clearly nothing was done. They made a mistake and booked me with the wrong RMT and Christine treated me like I was in the wrong. I had to show her a copy of the email. What a way to start a massage. Then the RMT I was booked with said David would give me a discount for their mistake, at the end of of massage the RMT said unfortunately this will not happen I would need to write Judy about the concern. When leaving after I paid, I asked for a receipt. Christine said it wasn't ready and she would email it to me. When I received the email, it wasn't a proper receipt I could submit to my insurance as she had wrote the amount I paid for. I had stopped for a while attending this location because of the rudeness I experienced and went back. They just don't care about certain clients.

I intentionally came very early to my appointment for 60-min massage. The front desk didn't give me anything to fill out and just told me to wait in the waiting room. My boyfriend's massage therapist realized we weren't given the form, so she gave us one and gave us some time to fill them out. Long story short, the massage session started late, especially for me, my massage therapist, France, picked me up 10 minutes late and then asked me questions before she started. She started the massage at around 6.20, but finished at 7.05, it was 15 minutes short and wasn't my fault.

I am a little afraid to write this review, because I don't want the secret to get out...however, I think great service should be recognized...so here we go... I started coming here several years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. Joanne is amazing, she is everything you would want in a great RMT- knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She is super flexible and focuses on whatever aches and pains I bring to her that week and gets me back on my feet ready to face the world. The quality of the massage is just the best. The gals at the front reception are also pretty great- and lots of fun. And I am also very much appreciative of the student discount! Highly recommended.

Lots of amazing massage therapists here. It’s easy to get an appointment that works for you. The facilities are very clean and sanitary, and the therapists are very professional and really care about your well-being. Pricing is in line with most reputable massage therapy places. Really like this clinic.

It was my first time coming here and overall a very cold atmosphere. Front receptionist was straight to the point which I don’t mind. I had Marko and all I can say is that he needs to improve on his people skills, you are in a profession of healing and the fact that he was inconsistent in his routine by massaging my one side differently than the other, I asked for more pressure and got back “you can’t feel that? Any harder I might break my fingers” and he also told me he’s use to his massage taking effect right away and told me “I was thinking what’s the point?” At the end of my massage. First time EVER I was thinking when is this massage going to end. It was just unprofessional and he commented on how I was tense the whole time, well no wonder I was not comfortable at all and I didn’t even bother with telling anyone because the receptionist didn’t even ask me how it was. Some things are better to just review to make sure people understand what they are getting into. Will not be coming back.

Love Naoko’s work. She is so well educated and intuitively knows what I need, even if I don’t! She is also good at listening and very friendly. She frequently demonstrates she truly genuinely cares about my well-being (along with all of her patients I am sure). The receptionist is also very organized and incredibly efficient.
