It’s been a long time since I was last there. Boy, what an improvement. The staff really care about these lost souls. The place is clean and tidy. They talk to you and are very friendly .

If you struggle with paying to get your cat or dog fixed and have low income they have a program here you have to show proof of any income to get approved here. I got my cat done here and helped a lot, sweetest people ever ❤️

Excellent experience adopting our new furry family member. The staff were very nice and helpful. They offer a lot of educational information on pet care and introducing your new pet into your home. You get a nice little care package to take home with you with some high quality cat food, a collar and a toy.Awesome job re-homing animals in need. Will definitely continue to support this cause. :)

Nothing but great experiences here. I adopted a kitten from the KW Humane Society just over a year ago and adopted a second kitten now just a few months back. Both excellent experiences with super friendly staff.Could not be happier.

I had the most amazing experience here! We dropped off a stray after hours and the worker was very helpful over the phone. We then decided that we wanted to go back and adopt the cat and the staff was so helpful and quick to respond! Andrea helped us during the adoption process and she was so informative and kind. The two ladies at the front desk were amazing as well and they were so sweet to us and to our new baby. I can’t say enough about how happy I was with this experience and I will be recommending this humane society to anyone in the kw area! Thanks so much team!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Tried to call about 2 dogs roaming on a busy street without collars and no answer! After I tried calling about 5 times and others trying to call as well, we couldn’t keep up with the dogs anymore. Hopefully they get home safely.

The Animal Care staff at the KW location of the KWSP Humane Society truly go above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for each of the animals in their care. They are friendly and inclusive when working with foster parents. These experts in their field are a community treasure, and should be remunerated as such. Thanks for all you do, KWHS staff!

We found a stray cat under our deck and managed to caught her. I took her to KW Humane Society and they were very friendly and helpful. I am sure that lovely kitten will have a forever home.

I can not say enough good things about this organisation. The care, compassion, and patience they have shows for my clients in our short partnership has been astounding. From check-ups, shots, surgeries, education and more, they have approached each task with graciousness and the love that is the hallmark of animal lovers.
