Another great Avis rental location! Upon arrival, an email notification was already received with the detailed vehicle info! Very convenient and useful! Vehicle is always clean and ready for you! Enjoyed it! Highly recommended.

Horrendous service, a young women initially prepped a Grand Cherokee for me to pick up. A brown man came to take away to vehicle to give it to his customer currently with him and advised us that due to our age we must take the cheaper vehicle after we were told we can have the Grand Cherokee. Never ever will rent from Avis Budget again.

Don't ever rent from then they will not help or care and will be rude to you. They give you cars that are not well maintained. Desk clerks and people on the phone left me on hold for over 9 hours with nothing resolved. My flight was delayed and I was going to arrive at 130 and based on their policy they are supposed to wait till the last person arrives they didn't and they left me with no transportation and when I got my car the NEXT day it had issues I had to go back and exchange and the person didn't even bother to so a walk around with me told me to go find my own vehicle

At the time of booking: Easy steps, economical rates, many choices. Unlimited mileage. No fine prints.At the time of receiving the car: Very smooth. I received a free upgrade to a luxury car. Very courteous and nice treatment by staff.The vehicle - very clean, fuel efficient, superb condition.Return - 30 seconds!!!I am standardising on Avis for my future requirements (this was my second rental - first was equally good experience).I would also highly recommend it to my family and friends.

Saved my night! Friendly and helpful staff at Avis (Ottawa Airport) stepped into to help me without a reservation when their competitor let me down by locking up before my flight arrived. Car was brand new (less than 3500km) and well priced.

A huge choice of cars at AVIS airport desk. Though the overall experience was good, it wasn't hassle free. Make an effort to safeguard yourself as follows 1. Buy the insurance available it's useful 2.Carry out a video recorded inspection of the car 3. Check for dents and damage before you move the car and report it 4. Crank up the engine and check for check engine lights

I rent Avis everytime I am travelling for business meetings and find their courteous service on point with very quick pickup and hassle free drop off of vehicles and most importantly any vehicle that I receive is in very good condition which more than meets the expectations. Avis YOW provide great vehicle rental service for the rental period May 26th to May 10th, 2023. The staff were professional and friendly. The vehicle, a Dodge Ram 1500 (I'm a Ford person) was brand new and great to drive.

No customer service skills. I returned the vehicle and politely inquired about the significant surcharge on my bill. The middle aged white guy, don’t remember his name, literally started to verbally attack me. He had a litany of arguments ready to deploy against me – which means that they get this surcharge question a lot and are ashamed about it. Think about it, a customer asks you a question and you attack them. What the hell is going at this location?!The surcharge in question was for the airport location. After careful inspection, I noticed that the fee appeared after clicking on the fees link, the problem is it not a regularly occurring fee and is different to all other locations so it is utterly deceitful to hide it among the rest. More shocking is that it is a percentage based fee – which is variable and will increase even if you know its there! Now I understand why the employees at the airport location push so hard for the fuel service! Because it increases the airport surcharge fee they can pocket!! Great scam you got going on there.Truly shameful on all accounts. I will never go back to Avis.

I forgot my garage door opener in the rental car when I dropped it off. I wasted hours trying to get it back to no avail. ZERO help from AVIS. I now have to buy a garage door opener. I will never rent from them again.
