Excellent small business experience - they are legit 5* - in the middle of cold emergency car died at YQR. Everyone shut down Thursday night (not safe cold) but could prioritize tow 8am next day - arrived early at hotel, got car, towed to shop, flawless experience. They care about the customer and it showed - went out of there way to help out, operator was fantastic. Turned a bad experience (dead car, cold emergency, repair backups) into a great experience. Amazing service; While i Was waiting more than an hour for another company when i was originally quoted 30 mins, i then called Dakota, the dispatcher assured me no longer than 20 mins and someone will be there, Autsin showed up in 9 minuites with a Flatbed, and had my vehicle loaded up in mere minuites, securely, quickly and safely, and had us on the road and to my destination. Great work and will 100% be my first call next time im in need of a tow. Thanks again

Hello everyone,I would love to express my gratitude to Shon, Austin and Elizabeth,these guys are an amazing people, they provide outstanding service, they are very highly trained professionals and they will go an extra miles to help you when you need to be helped.I was stuck in the snow on Highway #1 between Moose Jaw and Regina, so I had to call local towing companies to pull me out of the snow after the storm we had on Friday. I've called different towing companies and some of them told me I will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to be pulled out, they are solid busy.After doing my own research online how a stuck vehicle in the snow has to be properly extracted and what type of towing truck should be used for that. I have reached out to Dakota towing, Shonthe owner answered the phone, after I've explained the situation, he calmed me down by answering all my questions I was concerned about, and he said someone will pick you up tomorrow morning and we will extract and tow your car safely and without any damage.They did everything right and very professional. I got home with my vehicle safe, not damaged, happy and relieved!I am very happy that I called them and I am very proud that we have such an awesome towing company in Regina and amazing people.Thank you guys so much for who you are and thank you so much for amazing service you provide to all people!!!
