Cant get a better view of the Burlington Bay then from the rear of the motel. Dinner and drinks are steps away and all ground floor rooms! Excellent architectural site next door

The manager Paul is very efficient and attentive. Great location in downtown Burlington on the lake.

Super friendly staff, lovely old Spot kept spotless, a mix of old and new in the best location in Burlington. Added bonus, you have a guaranteed parking spot 2 minutes walk to the main downtown and waterfront park. You can’t beat the prices, either. You need to call to reserve a room.

excellent staff very very reasonable pricing and absolute beautiful view. I have been here for 1 year and have not had any issues at all. Also the only pet friendly affordable place to stay in Burlington. i would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking for a short term or a long term stay.

Very nice motel with huge rooms. Everything was very clean. Older style rooms but have a nice rustic feeling to them. The management was insanely polite. We stayed at other hotels and nothing was as nice or pet friendly as this one. Will definitely be coming back for another stay!

The Motel is under new ownership and the staff are endlessly working on the property from the inside out!On a daily basis the management accommodates every request to make weekenders, travelling contractors and overnighter customers satisfied above and beyond.Can't wait to see the finished product.Keep up the great work guys and gals

This man is a brand new owner ...no phones in rooms I had ants in bed the owners attitude was downright ignorant , I guarantee he will be out of business within 6 months he just had no clue on customer service no locks on doors I rented a room only to find out there was an extra room attached to mine...... the actual" bedroom! As the other guest had access to this main part of the bedroom when I confronted him he said well u said it would be only you .......i would be having my girlfriend spending a night or two as well neways what business was it of his my point being this new owner is rude obnoxious and if I hadn't kept my cool I would if needed ........ well u get the picture Lol sooo he procedded to offer to actually open up my room to include what shoulda of been my entire hotel room he said he'd open it up for an extra 45$ ...seriously ?.. just a money grubbing insect neways I left and went camping still had less insects to deal with lol if your planning on renting at the ascot well .....the names about the only thing that was correct ......youll end up getting your assssss caught lmao!"

Refused to give us a room based on our age. I'm 26 and my friend is 21. He tried to say he didn't have availability. Turned out no availability for us. Discrimination hard core. He tried to tell us to have a good night and God Bless You". Outright terrible of him. Completely out of line."

This is a slice of the past perfectly preserved. Rooms are small, but very clean. Our room faced the lake and had a beautiful view. Nothing fancy, but a fun alternative!
