Finan Swim School

Finan swim school has been an amazing experience for my son! His teacher Kristen is wonderful. She made him feel comfortable his first lesson since he was a little shy. He now enjoys going each week and I can't wait to see him learn more in future classes. I really enjoy the small group. He only has two other swimmers with him for each class. Thank you Finan for providing swim lessons!

I love this swimming school. They are very friendly and professional. What calls my attention the most is that teachers are considerate when teaching students. Also, they are constantly observing how the student is progressing and when they are ready they move up to the next level.I saw my kids improving their swimming skills and progressing levels quickly.

We love Finan swim school! My daughter is excited each week for swim lessons and currently her instructor is Amy and she adores her! Amy really challenges her and gives her more independence to improve her swim skills while keeping it fun and engaging. Thank you Finan team!

I am so happy with Finan swim school. My daughter has always been super comfortable in the water with a float, but couldn’t swim on her own. Silva is an incredible swim teacher and has taught my daughter in only a few weeks to swim on her own. She is confident when she jumps in and has shown so much improvement since learning here. Thank you for such amazing staff and a great facility!

I love Finan Swim school. My son was very scared of the water at first. Now he jumps into the pool excitedly. I have seen the most significant progress in his skills since he has had Siva as an instructor. Siva is encouraging, makes my son practice properly and makes the lessons fun as well. Siva's ability to bond and work with children is amazing. You have an excellent instructor with him.

Make sure you have your eyes on your kids during their entire lesson. We had a very scary situation today with my 4 year old daughter.The instructor was at the other end of the pool with another child. I looked up and my daughter was underwater and struggling to swim back to the shelf/ledge they put in the water for the little kids who can’t touch. She luckily made it back but her instructor or any other staff didn’t notice she was close to drowning. I was seconds away from jumping in the pool. My daughter was hysterical when she got out of the pool and we left the lesson early.My daughter shouldn’t have swam off that ledge until she was with the instructor. But she’s 4. The teacher should have eyes on all the kids at all time.I’ve pulled both my kids from attending lessons here. I was offered a refund for todays class. I’m so glad almost drowning only deserves a refund of one class. I hope safety protocols are reviewed with all instructors as I don’t want this to happen to another child.

We love Finan! I have a shy child, and they have been fantastic with getting her comfortable in the water and being patient with her. We will continue to use Finan for our other kids as well. 5/5!

So happy with the decision to take our son to Finan! The Supersonic program is awesome. Both his skills and confidence have already significantly improved!

Finan swim school offers a variety of classes, taught by energetic and well qualified teachers. I love the small class sizes and personalized lessons to reach my child at their level. We would recommend Finan to any family looking for a small community centric swimming lesson program.

My kids (5 and3) have been swimming here for nearly two years. We see swimming as an important life skill, so it's critical for us that they learn to swim and not be afraid of the water.Overall, Finan has been really great. Our kids are progressing well and are comfortable around the water. There are lots of different classes offered at various times, which works with our busy schedule. Sophia and Omar have been especially great teachers. Colleen at the front desk has also been very helpful, answering all our questions and welcoming the kids to their lessons.My only critique would be that there is a lack of consistency with the instructors. There has been a different person teaching out kids every few weeks, which we find tends to stall their progress.Overall this facility is great and I'd recommend to any parent who wants their children to learn swimming.
