Recently went into the Rothesay store looking for some steel strapping, walking aimlessly I ran into a driver named Greg, he was nice enough to help me out to find the strapping I was looking for and would not let me go on my own without finding it! Super nice guy! Thanks Greg!

Terrible online ordering system. Inventory is always wrong, orders go to wrong stores, wrong products delivered, slow curbside pickup, etc. Do not recommend.

Great spot to get all project material in one spot. Great Staff and love talking with the gentleman in Nuts and Bolts every time I had to restock for project. He always remembered who I was and what I was doing. Guys out in lumber yards always helpful and wife never has issues out there. Over all best spot to personal shop and shop for business.

Elaine waited on me at the project desk and was very helpful with suggestions and showed me an alternate that I could use when I had been all around town looking for an item. She was the only store in the area that took the time to discuss an alternative when the item I was looking for was not available. Competitors just said they didn't have what I was looking for and walked away. Outstanding employee. I am confident that others in the store would have done the same, they are always very knowledgeable.

Product selection is alright even though it's a smaller location. The problem is that 9 out of 10 times, not a single person bothers to ask if I need help. Wanted a chainsaw off the top shelf yesterday, no one was around. Went to customer service to have them page someone, waited for about 15 minutes and then left because no one ever responded even though I could see three different employees standing around talking. This is usual for this location. Went to SJ location this morning and picked what I needed.
