I have not met him met, but when I called him, in respect of my Huwai P 20 pro, his manner of approach was so warmongering.Initially he told me, he doaent have time to fix Huwai product. But when I told him ,the important of the data I have in the phone,he accepted to fix it for me and gave me an appointment.As am writing this am heading to his office.I feel the good review I have read about it is all true and encouraging.

I have a Samsung S10+ (old, I know). I had a small but deep crack in the screen so I knew I needed to get a new phone soon. Welp, I dropped it and the shock proof case and screen protector couldn't stop the screen from finally clocking out!I brought it to Kevan and he told me straight up that the cost to repair my phone wasn't worth it - I could get a refurbished one for less.I still needed my data though and the screen wasn't working.It took some time but Kevan was able to find another S10 with a working screen (even though it had a small crack in it). He put it on my phone so I could turn it on and transfer my data to a backup phone that I have. He then sold the temporary screen to me for next to nothing so I didn't have to buy a new phone.Kevan saved me a lot of trouble by finding a temporary solution for me at a reasonable price. I appreciate the time he took to find a workaround and for being honest with me about my options!

Amazing service here! Got my cracked phone screen fixed quickly and it works perfectly. The tech was even nice enough to only charge the price he quoted me for, even though he had to buy a whole new screen for the phone! Definitely will be back if I ever need repairs again
