$12 and change for what they call a veggie combo. No drink, no rice, no noodles. All fairness it is $9 for the combo of 2 veggies and I added one making the total nearly $13. Not worth it, nevermind the suspect veggies I did get...picture attached.

Quality has always been below expectations. But NOW THE QUANTITY HAS SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED. All dishes are filled to the brim. Why are you being stingy with portion sizes? No longer a reason to eat here if you’re paying for 2 meat combo and barely getting any protein.

Quality has dropped significantly from years ago. The signature chicken used to have honey, now it's mostly sugar. Each bite of Blackened or Bourbon chicken has cartilage. Veggies are beyond dead - brocolli and cabbage has spots of browning and tastes like it should have been thrown out, but was served instead. Noodles have identical texture as spaghetti, not authentic Chinese noodles - I can only guess why, based on the quality of the veggies and chicken. We compared this to another Asian food vendor in the same food court and quality and taste difference was night and day. This vendor should reconsider their decision to sacrifice food quality for profits.

Worst Mall Food I have ever had, Blackened Fish was old and dont be fooled by the thick pieces its all horrible tasting batter and a little fish in the centre somewhere! Also do NOT! get there chilli oil its smells of very old oil probably sitting thier for months on end.ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Ordered delivery from here, the beans looked like they had been sitting all day. I wouldn’t order it if I was there and seen the quality and it’s probably why they sat there all day, did not look appetizing. Maybe if you haven’t sold your veggie dishes and they have been sitting all day trash ‘em and start a new batch. And definitely don’t send it for delivery, don’t think I’ll ever order from here again, who in their right mind would send that to someone and think it was ok? Ohh and the size of your regular meat entree is about half of what it used to be for the price

It was okay. The portion sizes are awesome and the service was pretty good. I really liked the Mango Chicken and the noodles. The Zucchini blend was swimming in subpar sauce though, and the BBQ Pork tasted kind of stale and was super fatty. Ate around 5pm, and by the next morning my stomach was really upset. I should've expected that from mall food court comfort" food though."

A solid spot for lunch after some shopping at Market Mall! First of all, the portions are always large, the plates are usually stuffed to the brim with food and the staff don’t shy away from giving a lot of meat. Each time I’ve visited, the food is still hot with good flavour and quality overall. The prices are average and the service is decent. Recommend checking this out if you’re craving some Asian fast food!

I’ve had Bourbon St. Grill in many places and this is by far the worst. Mashed potatoes were really dry, didn’t put enough gravy even after I asked twice, Jambalaya rice was REALLY spicy instead of flavourful, all of the veggies looked like they’d been made days prior (looked wilted), poor service… I could go on and on.The individual in front of me got noodles and some rice on the side. When I did the same, I was told that they don’t do that.Won’t be back to say the least.

Ordered the number one combo and apparently it comes with a side of hair.Half way through my bourbon chicken, I found a long black hair in the sauce.I’m blonde. I have short hair.I went to the counter to ask for a refund because of this. I’m no longer hungry for hair covered food.They then denied that the hair was theirs. I’m not asking who it belongs to. I want my money back for the food I want to now throw up.Please, wear hairnets.

Good service, the food is as expected from a food court place. The price confirm with the rest of the flood shops in the court.The food is best when fresh, they make it around 11am for lunch.
