Clearly out of touch with the residential side of their business.I was billed $500 for a tech to drive to my house (I live 45mins away) and remove 12 screws from the upper unit on my fridge. He did not do anything other than say I think the main control board is the issue" and put the screws back in. The tech was onsite for maybe 30-40 minsI actually tracked down and ordered the part for the fridge

Rick and his team were amazing. I called with a problem with my heat pump and they quickly came to diagnose it. The technician was super friendly and even more knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was extremely careful in examining the system and in taking it apart and reassembling. I am really pleased with the professionalism and fairness of Rick and his crew. I highly recommend them for any mechanical issues with heat pumps.

My heating system was installed incorrectly, ATR found issue after original company failed to recognize their own error. ATR gave me options and fixed the problem in a timely manner with extreme professionalism.

This company has the service contract for my workplace and I have dealt with most of their Technicians. All very nice guys, personable, knowledgeable, and keep me well informed with all aspects of our heating and cooling systems.They do not just resolve an issue and leave, they ensure I understand an issue so I can make informed decisions. Any small complaints I may have get dealt with quickly. The owner is knowledgeable and prides himself on providing great customer service. I would have no issues leaving any of his staff at my house, whether I was there with them or not.

Our heat pump condenser broke down the first week of January and couldn't be repaired. Rick was quick to recommend a good quality affordable heat pump in its place. They were able to come do the install very quickly, and got it done in less time than quoted. The technician that came was very professional and did a great job on the install. We are very happy with the performance of the new heat pump it woks a lot better and more efficiently than our last one.
