Excellent service and the bus was great!

Service was great, they provided us with exactly what we wanted and more and they even added time to our rental for free and were super nice. thank you !

Joe “the manager” was extremely confused by promising one thing and last minute changing it. He wasted my entire day, as we had everything ready to go before putting my deposit down and then a “ unexpected inconvenience appears” right before the deposit where Joe “made a mistake” and his mistake was to want me to pay another $800 on top of the price I got quoted. The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because of Marias service as she was nothing but helpful. Thank you Maria. Joe doesn’t have customer service as he yelled at me over the phone saying “this isn’t about customer service, it’s about price”

Our group rented a party bus from these guys and they were amazing. We had such a wonderful experience from the minute they picked us up being very punctual and professional, to taking us around town, to the time they dropped us off to where we wanted to go. The service was great and the bus was astonishing. I would definitely recommend their service.
