Absolutely incredible experience, called on Friday as my wife and I noticed water in our basement. Turns out there was an 8 foot crack in the foundation and they came over for a consultation and got the job done within days. Absolutely amazing service and the guys were great to deal with. Less than 3 hours and they were in an out, plus they cleaned up the entire mess of insulation and styrofoam and left my basement clean. Would recommend these guys any day of the week!

Very pleased with the work done by Perma Dry. The basement had leaked for years and they certainly made it like new . To me , they went above and beyond.

Great service. At PermaDry, they find the root of the problem and fix it.My basement turned out to be quite a hard case, the drain tile had to be unclogged and repaired, PermaDry did a great job fixing the drain tile; they did what's needed to be done. (In the end, much smaller area needed to be excavated, which saved plenty of work for them and plenty of money for me.) And they even credited me for some of the earlier work. Great job.

I would recommend Perma-Dry and their team to anyone that has foundation problems.I had major problems with my foundation I had to have drain tiles and 3 walls replaced.They showed up on time always pleasant very professional and hard working. It was all done within 3 weeks.The masonry guys were even here Saturday and Sunday to get the job done.Very pleased with their work.Thanks Guys,Your the best.

I hate leaving a bad review but here we are ; we contracted Perma-Dry last summer to repair our front steps and cold room. The final step of this process is to apply a finish coat with sand/grip over the front steps.....I am still waiting for them to finish this step. The subcontractors were very nice, however the owner is not responsive. I cannot get a firm completion date for this work. The entire balance was paid last summer - which might explain this lack of reactivity on their part, but it's still not finished. My steps are super slippery, many people have almost fallen because of this - it's an incredibly frustrating situation that is still not resolved a year later. :(

I had one side of my home excavated to replace drain tile, waterproof the foundation, and to install 2 new egress windows and window wells and Perma-Dry came in and did the job quickly and professionally. The end result looks great and it's been water tight with no leaks for over a year now!

The whole team was amazing and professional from start to finish, they were kind with my children, they had me look at everything each step of the way regardless of the fact that I told them to do whatever needs to be done. They answered any and all questions I had regarding the work. Overall everyone was amazing and I couldn't have asked for better people to come fix my home!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting one of Perma Drys technicians named Jon.He was extremely professional, and knowledgeable about his craft.Jon is probably one of the best examples I've seen of professionalism from a small business since moving back to New Brunswick last year.He went above and beyond ensuring I understood the nature and origin of my water issues also explained different courses of action to remedy the problemsI will absolutely be having this company complete needed work on my home.

I was very impressed with the experience, from Damien, the owner to the crew who came to do the work. Very friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond by getting rid of some old pipes that were no longer useful. The final result is fantastic. Better than I had hoped for! I would recommend PermaDry to anyone with basement issues!!
