They removed my asphalt driveway that was 20+ years old and replaced it with pavers. After 1 winter, some parts are no longer level. Another contractor examined the work and said the compacting prior to laying the pavers was not sufficiently done. When I called, I always get an email. Also, one paver has already cracked. Too bad about the average quality workmanship and non-existent post-installation customer service. They were a pleasure to deal with prior to paying them. But to fix up parts of a new installation so soon, a 3 stars rating is generous.
