I was in need of a haircut badly and had no appointment but was very quickly attended to .. This is the first time I’ve ever been to Tommy Gunn’s and was very impressed from start to finish .. I will definitely be back. My only regret was not getting the name of the hairstylist as she was awesome and gave me an incredible haircutThank you

Was in for a cut and shave. The lady that setved me was very quiet and seemed to rush through the entire process. I think the hair cut was adequate but the shave was not. Could have done as good a job with a dull safety razor at home. In addition,when asked to do a survey by Tommy Gun's, was told someone would be in contact with me in a couple of days. That was 2 weeks ago. Will be staying at the west side location from now on.

Never had a bad experience at Tommy Gun’s (multiple locations). I usually just get a fade cut, but every-once in a while I’ll treat myself the their hot towel shave. Always a great experience! The barbers/stylists I’ve had have been great; very easy to converse with, talented, and efficient!It’s not the cheapest barbershop/salon in town, but you won’t be disappointed with their services!

Thankfully, walk-ins accommodated. My wife even approved of the haircut! They did not stock the beard oil I was seeking but assured me I had two weeks to return the oil I purchased if it didn't suit.

From the moment I walked in I was treated well. I had no appointment but they were able to fit me in right away. My stylist was pleasant, efficient, and personable. She did a wonderful job with my hair and made me feel at ease. I'd definitely go back.
