Ripoff location went through drive through early this morning ordered 4 sausage and egg Mcmuffins with no cheese but extra sausage patty on each. I left and as I was eating only one had the extra sausage patty on it the other 3 didn't.

If I could order from here 3 times in a row and their not be any mistakes( wrong sandwich, wrong size fries, wrong dipping sauces, ect.)or things missing from the bag( straws, napkins, sauce) I would be shocked. I don't know if it's the headsets or the microphones, but your service through the drive-thru is a lot less than it should be.

The problem with most fast food places is the drive through. Employees are trained to move the traffic. All while forgetting the customer inside.I ordered from the kiosk, however I watched 3 people wait and wait for someone to take their order. Incidentally they all got their food before me. I actually had to ask if they forgot about my coffee and muffin. McDonald's has better coffee then Tim Hortons, but service at Timmies is much faster in store. Sorry McDonald's, I'm a timmies customer now.

Probably the worst experience ever. Made a order through the mcdonalds app, waited nearly 30 minutes for my food just to find out someone packed it for skip the dishes and they still brought it out. Cold fries and burgers, then they forgot the 2 quarter pounder blt burgers so I had to go back in and get them made. They made 1 correct and made the other one a regular double quarter pounder. Literally paid 60 dollars for Cold food and wrong items.
