Alfieri flooring was great from the moment we stepped into the showroom. Carol did an amazing job guiding us to ultimately what we choose as our backsplash tile. It looks STUNNING in our kitchen. Thanks also to the installers Bonnie and Randy, who were amazing. They did a great job.

Alferie flooring staff bent over backwards to help with matching up tile colors and styles and even grout and paint colour advice. After my bad experience with another local flooring company who I visited thinking I was supporting local business, I was so happy with Alferie, it is worth it. No hassel or frustration. What a breath of fresh air.

Absolutely wonderful business. Excellent and extensive variety of tiles to choose from, very responsive, courteous, and above all, patient, staff in the showroom. Kudos also to their installers (Bonnie and Randy) who were punctual, polite, and precise in their work. We will highly recommend this business to family, friends and neighbours.

Patty is super knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect floor for our place! We went back for tile, and then for carpet and now we're going back for more floor for our sun room. Quality is great and lots of selection!

First visit was great excellent service 2nd visit when I went to order my flooring was terrible there was one person on the floor helping someone acknowledged me said he would be with me in a few minutes there were 3 people behind the counter completely ignored me so I wandered around for a bit came around to see one of the people from behind the counter over with the first salesperson helping the original customers then a second one was helping someone else needless to say after waiting 30 minutes to order my flooring put the sample on the table and left I went and purchased my flooring somewhere else that I was treated like my purchase was appreciated

I had the pleasure of working on a project with the Alfieri team. As a fellow trades person I was extremely impressed with the whole team and their process. They had extremely tight time lines on this particular project and completed all on time and to perfection. If you are looking for a team to manage and install your next project, DO NOT hesitate to call on this company!!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Jenette, Ron, Brian have been just the absolute best people to deal with.... so down to earth... no pressure sales here... just great hospitality. Mike Alfieri is the best in the business. His vast range of product and service knowledge will definitely provide good guidance and assurance on your project.The showroom is well stocked and prices are reasonable. This is a must visit store if you are remodeling or building new. You will not regret visiting this location. Cheers!

Worst customer service skills. Called spoke to owners wife she was very nice and was promised that her husband Tim was going to call me the next day in the morning received a call at 2 pm. Unfortunately I had waited till noon and had to purchase paint elsewhere. Kudos to the Dulux paint store on Niagara street in Welland. Excellent staff friendly and knowledgeable. I wasnt not greeted with the phrase is this going to be fast" as I how I was greeted by the gal at the paint can. Sorry disappointed that my friend and my family raved about your establishment.. but they both dropped alot of money in many purchases there. I was never given the opportunity to do the same. We are in difficult times where we lost how to be kind and social this is when we have to step it up notch to bring a new normal back."
