The staff are friendly and easy to work with. I was in a smokers room, and I am not smoker as it was only room available. When I went to speak to them about how I wanted a nonsmoking room they fully accommodated my request. Made sure done in timely manner.

The gym seems to be closed, the internet is extremely slow. Too slow to work off of if that's what you need it for. To add to it, the TV is internet based by the looks of things. My internet went out I'm my room at the same time the TV channels also had no signal.. You'd think in 2023 that hotels would atleast have the internet figured.It's not a bad spot for a overnight stay. But for weeks at a time. If you need to use the internet at the end of a long day for work.. don't stay here.

Worst hotel experience. My first day the room was 3/4 cleaned, it looked like someone had made the beds then used one to have a nap and there was paper plates and cutlery on the nightstand and the telephone was on the other bed. The paper cups they had out for coffee at breakfast had expired in 2016, they had a horrible smell and made the coffee taste like rat poison. 2 of 5 days I didn't have hot water in my shower and the wifi dosnt work.

Pleasantly surprised ! After booking my room I began reading the reviews and started regretting my choice. But my pet friendly room was huge. High ceiling, spacious, clean. Big bathroom, hot water. The bed was OK, bedding was fine as well. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. My experience was overall very pleasant! Only thing is the wifi didn’t seem to connect to my phone. I didn’t get the breakfast so I would not know how it is.

Had no issues during my stay any requests were addressed quickly only minor thing might be whatever that mystery meat for breakfast was but all sausage products that aren't sausages taste weird wherever you go lol

Stayed here for work as i’m on the road a lot for my job. Worst experience in a hotel yet. The sheets were stained yellow in spots, had to ask for new sheets. My crew and I left for the day came back around 6pm and the beds were just thrown together with one crew members hoodie and drink in the bed, instead of them being properly made. I took photos because of the disgust. Breakfast was below minimum, the only thing really edible is the sausage on a good day. Would not stay here again.

Beware bedbugs! Stayed here for work, my co-worker had over 70 bedbug bites the next day, we checked out immediately. They had to go to the hospital to get treatment.
