Al Care Dental

Had my teeth for decades now and seen the inside of a lot of dentist clinics. This is by far the bestAlan (Dr. Ng) knows what he’s doing, has an excellent (pleasant) manner and he’s surrounded himself with great staff and pretty cool tech. For example, he was able to take HD pictures of our teeth and show us, with detailed explanations, what he was going to do and what the work looked like when he was done. I think he really likes being a dentist! His staff are good too.PS - I inadvertently arrived thirty minutes early for an appointment and it didn’t matter, they had me in a D-chair within a few minutes.DISCLOSURE: We have no personal connection to this clinic or to Alan. We needed a dentist this spring for a round of checkups, etc and we gave him a try.

I think Dr. Ng is a genius. His decision of treatment is quick and efficient. My mom is 87 years old. She had an extreme bad toothache when she was at the clinic. After several x-ray, he diagnosed my mom had a bad gum infection. His immediate decision was to take off 3 of her big molars. Within 20 minutes, he finished the surgery. My mom can walked out the clinic with no pain. She does not need any pain killer that night. After 2 days, she can go shopping at Walmart.Besides, his staffs are very nice and have great service. They have a nice, relax and professional work environment. I would like to thank Dr. Ng for his outstanding treatment and great service with his associate. I have an unforgettable memory at my first visit. Well done Al care Dental! Thank you for your service!

An easy 5-stars! It’s always a great experience visiting Dr. Alan and his team. They are friendly, caring and considerate. The team takes great care of me when I’m visiting and I really appreciate Dr. Al’s skills and expertise. He always makes my appointments comfortable filled with great laughs. Who knew that would be possible at a dental office!

I have been a patient here for a few years. Dr. Ng is terrific. Always happy and cheerful. He makes you feel at ease. Receptionists are great. Gwen made me so comfortable about booking after not being there for awhile. I suffer from being terrified of going to the dentist as I had a terrible experience as a child. I get all worked up, get a migraine and have to cancel. She assured me that it was ok and to book and come in. This office is terrific. If you are uneasy about going to the dentist, come to this one. You will be very happy you did!

Exceptional experience in this dental clinic, very welcoming. Dr Ng is highly skilled, cares for his patients. Dental hygienist is gentle and efficient. Staffs are friendly and professional. High recommended!

This dental clinic is TOP NOTCH!!! I wanted to say thanks a BUNCH to Dr. Al and his entire team for taking me as their patient and their phenomenal care!!!! I was very nervous anxious before my extraction and wallaaahhh... less than 5 minutes it's done!!! It went well smoothly! I couldn't believe it lolll!!! They are very knowledgable and skillful. I’m so glad I went to this clinic.Today is my third day and I'm feeling fine. I was fully informed with the after care as well. I haven't been to dentist for nearly 3 years due to my traumatic experiences from previous dentists. Now I know where to go for my next visit and will for sure recommend this clinic to my family and friends. Also, I love the vibe here from the reception with friendly front staff - sorry I can’t recall all your names hehe :) to the procedure room. They have everything you need! Thanks Dr. Al assistant for giving me lip balm for my dry lips and providing me blanket and holding my hands during the extraction, also for the follow up call to make sure everything is okay. I’ll never forget my wonderful experience at this clinic. They treat everyone like a family. This is a great example of what a workplace should be like very positive happy atmosphere :) We all had a good laugh! Thank you again and also the warm welcome to my baby. I’m happy I don’t have to search for a new dentist for my 15 month old son. Time to book his first appointment :) You guys are amazing! I always get the best care here. Dr Al is a skilled dentist. Everytime I go I feel nervous but thankful that I'm in good hands and it shows in my teeth. This is my 4th year going to see him and i recommend him and his team.

This place is amazing. Been going for quite some time now. Always a great experience. Dr Ng is amazing at what he does and I can’t imagine getting work down by anyone else.Gotta give shout out to Debbie. Not only is she very easy on the eyes but she is a huge wealth of knowledge and experience in dental industry and would recommend them both to any teeth ,anywhere ,anytime.10/10

Amazing. This place made me feel so welcome and at home that I forgot I was getting work done ;). They helped work within my budget followed by a courtesy call the next day. Great group of people. DR. Ng is extremely good at what he does. 5 outta 5 stars for this guy.
