This was my 1st an last just because of how customer service treated my friend an I. The cashier girls (cause women conduct business better than they did) found every thing more important than taking my order. When my order was taken the cashier girl didnt ask if I wanted to upgrade or if I wanted a drink with my two dinners (that cost 35 dollars alone). But I ordered 2 kool-aids for 2 dollars a piece anyway. Upon leaving the other cashier girl accused us of walking out an not paying for them.. I turned an told her raggedy self (while looking very dirty) WE PAID ASK THE OTHER GIRL. She tells my friend, Well I didn't see it on ya ticket. I yelled well look hard bish an walked out to never return. Get better cashiers... ASAP‼

I decided to try this place over driving to Red Lobster last night. I could not have been more pleased. The service was great, & the food was amazing!!! The interior is beautifully decorated for the holidays. This was definitely a win for me last night and I will most definitely be going back again!!!

The Big Jake's boneless rib dinner with signature sides is amazing! The barbecue sauce and seasonings used are extraordinary. I haven't tried anything else from this establishment, but I definitely recommend this dinner.

3.5 I got the grilled turkey chop dinner with a side of Mac.Pros: turkey chop was tender well seasoned and meaty. I got the mushroom mix on top and wish the mix had a bit more seasoning but we're still well cooked. Bit of bite and no mushiness. Garlic sides where well seasoned as always. I will say after the delivery travel time I wish there was butter on the side.Cons: the Mac and cheese.... y'all. Because I know you normally have good food so this is not what I was expecting. Some how it was wet and dry at the same time. No sauce, no cheese, no flavor. This definitely needs a reworking.

Ordered Catfish last night via DoorDash got the order it’s two nice size pieces of catfish that look like they just came out of the blackest frying grease I have ever seen! Like who wants to eat fish that taste like burnt grease? Mac and cheese was bland no flavor only thing good was the potato. I eat here a lot I’ll stick to just the smoked wings if I ever order again

Good food, but small portions,for a large price. 4 Garlic rib bones and 2 sides for 24 dollars is too much. Half or full slabs of Barbeque flavor sell for that much. Is it the garlic flavor that costs much?

Friday's are really busy. But I'd call ahead and order. It's definitely worth it. I first came here in 2012 and will definitely be back. Everything is delicious and fresh and it's black owned. Very nice to have such delicious food close to home
