Honestly Paul’s is the best mechanic shop in town. Extremely friendly, above and beyond customer service and his rates are extremely competitive!! He solved an issue with my CRV that 3 other shops in town were unable to even diagnose. Brought my Civic in for an inspection and tune-up today and I will NEVER go anywhere else!

We had a sudden oil leak just up the road while on a band tour- they went to work immediately and got us sorted out. Super knowledgeable and trustworthy, highly recommended.

Paul and his crew are amazing, and take care of their customers like family. I've used them twice now for issues that had to be fixed quickly or I would have been screwed, and both times they went above and beyond. As a woman who knows very little about cars I often find myself uncomfortable or suspicious I'm being lied to when dealing with mechanics, but Paul has never made me feel like that. He's honest about what needs to be done and the cost, and charges fairly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Paul is super honest and nice. He was able to quickly replace my water pump when it failed and suggested a different water pump with a lifetime warranty for a better price. 10/10 experience

Excellent help from Paul. My wife and I had to stay at Sandman Hotel because of a dead battery at the airport. Paul ordered a battery from a nearby supplier so I didn't have to travel so far by taxi to pick one up. He even lent me a wrech to take the old battery out. On the road again.....

If I could give this shop a higher rating I would. Amazing service. We were driving through the area from out of province and the skid plate on my car had come loose and was hanging off my car. A quick Google search found us pulling off the highway to see if they could help screw it back in. They saw us immediately without an appointment. A few bolts later they had us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend should you find yourself in car trouble as a local, or as a out of town visitor. Thank you again!!!

The problem started on a chilly early evening in Oct ’22 when our Passport wouldn’t start after being outside for some 2 hours. Eventually, thanks to Honda’s low battery system shutdown, was able to start our Passport. With that had it looked at & it was felt the car was not running enough to keep battery voltage maintained . . This despite 3 years without any like issues.To assist in battery management a Battery Monitor 3 was purchased from Amazon which immediately showed the battery was not being recharged regardless of drive lengths. However, on an abundance of caution as some Passports were known to have early battery issues the battery was replaced. However, the problem persisted even though the alternator & battery tested okay.Thinking it a serious problem needing dealer attention the passport was taken to a Honda dealer who did a thorough system’s analysis/diagnostic & found nothing wrong. So they referred the problem to their engineering department based in Toronto. While waiting for their response we took the Passport to Paul’s whom we’ve been doing business with since before starting his business.It was through his methodical & persistent testing/analyzing (it took weeks) of the engine’s various systems/components using a scan tool & digital oscilloscope that the problem was found. It was related to Passport’s systems not recognizing the battery & one system’s reboot/reset was necessary (realize there’s more than 1 system in today’s cars - like 6 or 7 - or more!)What’s the bottom line in all this? There’s something to be said about today’s car mechanics who seem to be automated car analyst/diagnostic systems specialists rather than hands-on mechanics like Paul who through his methodical & persistence using but a scan tool & oscilloscope - and sound knowledge of how cars work was able to solve an issue the dealership was unable to do.Thank you, Paul. It is a joy having you in charge of our vehicles over the yearsD/MPS: Never heard back from Honda’s engineering department.
