I just wanted to share how pleased I am with the level of service provided by Jim's Locksmithing. We lost the keys to our 5th wheel trailer and needed to get in immediately and Jim's was there within the hour to open thinks up for us. The person on the phone was so helpful in addition to the technician who came to our rescue. I would recommend this company any time. Job well done.

Bought a new set of knives and before using them I was told that they need to be professionally sharped. So I found good reviews here so I decided to drop them off.When I pick them up I looked over the knives found that the handle on the one knife was badly scratch up, I spoke to the manager and she said that they would not replace the damaged knife as they are done on a belt sander and this one might have gotten to close. I then explained that there are other methods to prevent this type of damage she just smiled at me offered a refund and be on your way. I should have just done them my self on a wet stone at home but I figured I'd bring them in and get them done by a professional well shame on me, a belt sander that's a professional if I only would have known this I would have found someone else or done them my self. Nothing I can do about it now but maybe you should think twice.

Called at 4 PM on Friday and said my door lock wouldnot work and I had bought a replacement but the instructions and I did not see eye to eye'. Jim's Locksmithing stopped by and had the whole assemblyinstalled and working in 15 minutes and @ a very reasonable price."

I called last week and made an appointment for Monday morning. I was told between 9am and noon a technician would arrive. I waited until noon, nobody showed up or contacted me. I contacted the office and was told I was on their list" for today however despite being told between 9am and 12pm when I booked the appointment

Great service, very flexible on time of service, no damage, friendly and waited for me to arrive to unlock the house. The price was reasonable due to out of town location, priceless because I was in a pickle or use a motel till the keys arrive.

Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient. Was in and out in about 30mins. Saved me over $700 that I would have otherwise thrown away at the dealership. If you need new key fobs, order them up on Amazon (make sure it has same model number) and they may just be able to reprogram them for ya. Highly recommend their service.
