Chicko Chicken Langley Downtown

third time to this Chicko and it was somewhat disappointing Sat june 24. My half n half was ready 4 mins from order. I thought this was supposed to be cooked fresh? Maybe they prepared for a busier Saturday I thought. But when I got home my order was a little light and the cheese half had no cheese. It was original. Maybe just the slightest hint of cheese. It also was warm but not hot. No way this way fresh. It was all young girls working not the usual guys I've seen before. They were nice but I dont know if they knew what they are doing. Anyway, Chicko isnt cheap so bit of a let down to get home and find I didnt get the flavour I wanted nor was it the same portion the last two times ordering the exact same thing which resulted in 5 star review. This time ... makes me wonder if I have to check who's working first. I dont like leaving bad reviews. But I also dont like wasting money either. I dont expect cheap and good but I do expect what I order as money isnt growing on trees at my house.

I’m a huge fan of Chicko Chicken and I’m glad to report this location also serves hot, fresh and crispy Korean Fried Chicken!! Loved soy garlic and original - yum!!!The lady who helped me was also kind so that’s a bonus. Place is clean and spacious.This restaurant may be easy to miss because it’s tucked in the corner of the plaza, next to Bipoc. Definitely worth the visit so hope you check em out!

First time eating Korean Fried Chicken! Amazing! Crispy, Clean, saucy! 100% recommend! The large order was enough for two adult males. $$$ value. Will be back

Friendly staff, very clean inside, and great chicken. Plenty of crunch but also saucy. I got the boneless yangyeom and soy garlic. The yangeom is about medium level of spice that builds, if you ever had korean food or korean chicken you know what to expect. Boneless is dark meat. I will go back next time I am in the area and try the hotter chickens.

First time in ordering Chicko Chicken. I ordered the Yangnyeom Chicken as a single dish (ordered for myself).It has a slight kick of heat, but certainly not enough to scare off a novice to spicy food. I was blown away that there was huge pieces of boneless chicken with the perfect amount of fried-coating and sauce - especially for the great price.The service was amazing, and I will now recommend this place to anyone seeking a uniquely delicious food spot.Thank you.

100% Recommend this location. The chicken is perfect! Juicy, crispy, flavourful. This sets the bar for Korean Chicken in my opinion. The service is also FANTASTIC. There was a small issue with our sauce and the Staff went over and beyond to make everything right.100% my favorite chicken place!

Ordered from here for the first time yesterday. We decided to get a half order of boneless fried chicken with soy garlic sauce ($12.50) and it was crispy and delicious! The chicken was fresh and cooked to order (took about 10-15 mins) which we appreciated as it was hot. The sauce had great flavour and was not spicy. We also tried the regular fries ($4) which had a good crisp to the outside and tasted great. We also got a side of yangyeom sauce ($1) to try. There were plenty of fries for the two of us and the yangyeom sauce was sweet and a bit spicy but tasted awesome! We thought that this was a great way of trying each sauce which could in turn be put on a fried chicken order. The restaurant was really clean and staff was very kind. The lady at the front explained each flavouring and their corresponding spice levels. She even gave us some of the cheese snow powder on the side to try for free as this is what they put on their shake-shake fries and it was surprisingly good and sweet. We really enjoyed our meal and highly recommend this restaurant to others. Just had to watch the Korean Netflix drama “Crash Landing On You” while we ate!

Extremely clean, simple amazing Korean fried chicken. We always get lots of different sauces to try. I’ve never seen such a clean fast food/takeout establishment. The prices are reasonable we drive all the way from White Rock just to get it. My family and friends are all obsessed. So far the best chicken place I’ve ever been to! Ample parking and lots of tidy area space inside to eat or wait for it. The pickled radish is to die for. Again, house made not store bought. I love the boneless chicken option, but you can get bone in if you like. What a great place! The outside doesn’t do it justice. We got a bit confused finding it as the whole shopping area is a bit hidden, but not too hard to find.
