The worst service every time. Delayed waits with no effort on the part of staff to try and expedite service. They appear to be completely aloof to providing any form of good service to their clients. I’m writing this review as I’m waiting in line and watching how the main owner is behaving.

Ya, seems strange to me that so many others would've taken the time to rate 1 star, (maybe someone has a grudge.....? I honestly don't know!) I've had a good experience every time I've ever been in here and I also love the selection of kooky little things they have in the store to shop for!

My experience was terrible. He asked for my credit card and took all the info and charged me 256.51 for Uhaul ahead that I don't know if they will do the same other places or not, and after finishing he charged me $20 for after-hours services! while he did nothing after hours. $2.5 for a print, 7dollars for a box, and putting tape on the box, and he said he has done packing! after I protested he reduced the price. but in this store, you have to be careful with your money.

Wow, I'm shocked by these reviews! I have been going to this location for years and have always had a positive experience...I find this place to be better than other post offices in Vancouver...FYI, other places charge for tape, packing and shipping labels too. Not just this location...I find the staff and service to be great here, much better than some other post offices...Maybe some of the customers are rude and demanding...Have a heart people

Terrible service, I went in there expressing that I've never shipped a parcel before and wanted to know the right ways to go about shipping my package. They provided no assistance or help but were quick to take my money. My parcel was shipped with the incorrect requirements in order to be received at my desired destination and was eventually returned to my home address. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Very bad experiences every time I go in this branch. The guy (provably Manager) always try to find a way to charge you, even if it is fully pre-paid return by receiver. He is so mean, rude and unprofessional. Service is slow too!!

Worst service. Very unprofessional.I wanted to ship some boxes to my new home in Toronto. when I checked online they were accepting the boxes gave me X dimensions . On the day of moving they were not accepting the boxes, now the dimensions changed to Y. (Y< X)

This post office is by far the most convenient for me to go to, but the service is bad enough that I will be avoiding it. There's very little care - minimal to no questions that help you with posting options, slow, and the employee started ignoring me to begin serving the next customer before I had finished my transaction. I would heed the warning from it's overall rating.

Worst Canada Post I’ve ever been in. They aren’t familiar with the actual Canada Post Policies and require documentation to pick up parcels that are not required at any other branch. We know this because we called customer service and were told this. If we had any choice in where our things were delivered, we would choose anywhere other than here
