The owner here is very professional, friendly and helpful. You will not regret doing business with them. I definitely recommend everybody to use their service. Highly recommended! Always my go to place for dry cleaning and fixing my cloths. They changed my dress zipper cheaper than any other places, did a very clean job and in the promised time. I satisfied 100% of their service and quality of their work.

I brought in some pants to be tapered, and was impressed by the quality of stitching, the durability of the taper, and the service that I was provided! I would very much recommend this store to anybody who needs to clean, or otherwise adjust their clothing!

To anyone looking for a better dry cleaner in the Aurora area, I can recommend that you try Mr. Cleaners in the Longo's shopping centre at Wellington and Bayview. Albert, the new owner, is very personable and gives very personalized service. He gave me good, honest advice so that I wouldn't waste my money on a damaged scarf, and managed to get a stain out of a silk blouse that another dry cleaner had tried and failed to do. He also did a great job on my blazer. He understands and appreciates that some clothing items are favourites and/or treasured for some reason, and treats them gently and carefully with that extra needed respect. Mr. Cleaners also provides alterations on-site.

Mr. Cleaners has by far the best dry cleaning service, I take all my clothes there even designer clothes and the way Mr. Lee takes good care of the clothes comes back brand new. I definitely recommend everybody to use their service you can’t go wrong with them.

Customer service was good, but the quality of the finished product was quite poor. I went in to get a zipper replaced on my jeans and what I got back was an even cheaper zipper than what came with the jeans.

This place is fantastic! Always on time, great service and always gets all the stains off of my work clothes (no matter how big, small or embarrassing haha). Albert does an amazing job and I’d trust him with any of my items!

Bait and switch - beware of the dishonest owners and higher prices. I brought in my winter jackets because they had an outdoor sign advertising 40% off winter jackets. Great deal, but when I brought in my winter jackets, the lady said no one will do it for 40% off... I will lose money
