They close up earlier than stated and aren't that interested in helping.Their prices are a rip off. Way too high.

Always really nice service frm the ladies there. My usual go to for watch repair and watch battery's. They always give you a warranty with both. They do have to send repairs to Toronto, but that's pretty standard. Sometimes repairs in Toronto can take a little while cause then they have to source out parts for specific watches .

Great service and super nice people work there. On the spot service delivered with a smile. I don't go any place else.

The staff at Fast Time is incredibly helpful, they've been nothing but amazing everytime I have visited.

The store was understaffed, only one employee and people were lined up. I purchased a watch with an expansion band that needed to be shortened, was told to return in 15 minutes and waited a bit longer. The band was too tight so one more link put in, not sure how long that took but it was still a little tight but by now more people were waiting so I paid and left. When I checked the band at home 2 links were loose, bent and not securely connected, several links were damaged. Very disappointed! I am considering return for refund as I don't trust the watch can be properly fixed, it needs links put back in but will more damage be done? Is this a case of rushing the job, poor training or lack of care? I really like this watch but may have to return it and buy one somewhere else. I will not do business here again. I usually deal with a locally owned business, Exquisite Jewellers, for repairs and watch batteries better and faster service for sure! There should be 2 people working this location, one doing repairs, the other taking in repairs and collecting payment, poor management I suppose!

Brought them a watch that was missing the front glass face. They called me about a week after sending it out for shipping saying that the watch was no longer ticking and asked me if I wanted them to fix that. I said it was working when you took it into your possession? Assuming it was just the battery I said no (as I could do that later myself) they then assured me they would fix the glass face as originally sent in for and wouldn't do anything else as agreed upon. They called me again two weeks later to pick it up telling me that no repairs had been done. When handing the watch back to me I noticed an extra little baggie with small diamonds in it with the watch. It was diamonds from the number markers in the watch that they broke... I literally received my watch back with a baggie of extra pieces they broke from it plus it will no longer tick!!(this happened today so I am bringing to another shop for opinions)I will not recommend them to anyone, *do not leave jewelry of value with them. *

This is the place I have my batteries changed in my watches! She does an excellent job changing them! I have asked to get a new assembly for an other watch I have had sitting around my house! I know they will do an Awesome job!

My husband purchased a watch band and it fell apart in less than a month and they wouldn't do anything about it, no more business from this consumer!!!! They don't guarantee wear and tear after 30 days and it cost $40
