ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!Customer service was horrible took 10 minutes for the waiter to even acknowledge my table. He then REFUSED to accept my ontario ID and when I let him know the provincial BC government laws on accepted ID to buy liquor he told me he didn’t care and would not serve me. He took my ID for over 15 minutes! The fishbowls were half full and whenever I asked him for the bill for the two drinks my friends ordered he just continuously yelled that he would be right back. There was only two other tables with people in the entire restaurant. absolutely horrible service and I will not be going back. This boston pizza should be shut down.

You charged me for double mushroom ans I could not find even few mushrooms. As a normal. It's not acceptable at all.They contact me to solve the problem. After one week general manager emailed me we offer you store credit just write us a date that you had pizza. I replied them and send two photos from the worst pizza.... they didn't get back to me I followed up and he told me the funniest word ... the pizza looks like has double mushroom from bottom and we can just offer you $10.When I asked him how you knew about my bottom pizza?? He didnt answer my email any more. So sorry for their poor customer service.

What happened to you, Boston Pizza? I swear you used to have some decent food. Unfortunately the food is very sub par. Pizza has little toppings, and has a lot of crust. Lasagna barely has any meat. The wings are a huge ripoff at almost $2 ea, and were not spicy at all. The shaker cheese I didn't think could get any worse, but is now really small and tasteless instead of the larger round pieces of 'cheese'. Service was not bad, I believe it was the manager we had and he was quite nice. $70 plus tip for three really unforgettable items without any drinks. No thanks.

Great place, lots of choice on the menu & not just pizza, loved the big screen TVs. Choice of which side to sit (Bar or Restaurant). Staff were friendly and the good was good. We left happy.

Slow service. Quality of food continues to dwindle. The sauce in my spaghetti tasted like canned sauce. It's common knowledge out there now that Boston Pizza food has gone down hill big time. We only come here because our little one sees something in the Bugs & Cheese kids meal.Also... I'd like to add, look at the tiny salad for $9. Absolutely ridiculous. I cant wait until my son grows out of his BP phase.

Very disappointed by our visit. This is the first time we visited this location and the food was underwhelming. We tried the new ribs appetizer and boneless wings. The ribs lacked meat, it was mainly bone and they came with two thin sliced celery and one piece of carrot. From what I recall from past BP visits, there used to be a good number of veggies on the side. The service was good and our waitress was prompt and polite. However, we noticed the table beside payed and left, also leaving behind quite a bit of food. For the next 30 minutes while we ate our mediocre appies, the table was not cleared, which was odd to see since the restaurant traffic was picking up. Unsure if it just this location or BP's all around but the skimping of portions is enough to make us safely say we will not be returning.

Big changes to decor over covid. Much brighter, brighter always feels cleaner. Pretty much same menu. They have this pizza flights option, you can choose any 3 small pizzas, which i thought was a great idea.

The food is alright at best. I love burgers, almost any, but they are just not great here. Pizza is good. Sandwiches are alright. The salad is god too.The service was great... Friendly, quick, and helpful.The main thing that keeps me going back is that they're open late.

The lady that served us was really nice and pleasant. The food was well made and tasted good. We ordered pasta for pasta tuesday for the good deal and got starter salad which was a good size for 3.99. We were so stuffed after but wanted to try out dessert which was fresh and hot and obviously the best part.

We had my moms 70th birthday party there and it was amazing service and atmosphere! Bonus the magician rod boss was there to blow our minds with his incredible tricks. Thank you for making it such an amazing night for all of us!
