I understand when a place is understaffed and busy but. I Got seated next to a dirty table that never got cleaned, it took 23 min from being sat to get our drink order, it took another 10 min to get our food order all while people who were sat after me and my partner ordered, got their food, finished and left before our food came out. Very bad service

Had festive dinner. Like earthing else, the price has gone up. The server was very nice and attentive. The chicken was a bit dry. Thinking used to come with dessert but no longer unless you spend $40. Wasn't hungry enough for two meals.

Superb very friendly server and staff very polite and making sure we had everything we needed.Manager Tammy stop by as well to see how we enjoyed our.meal.Absolutely looking forward to our next visit.My compliments to all staff.The ribs were delicious.

Paid extra for white meat, got a chicken leg instead. In both meals. So they owe me four dollars.

Ordered online for pickup. The website was quite confusing so I'd rather wait the same amount of time in ordering from a person.Atmosphere is consistent and they handled peak hour well getting me a great size portion, hot and crispy without much of a wait.

**I would like to note, this was at the Napanee location and not Kingston.** Food was good. Butter was ice cold and wouldn't spread, even after meal was done. Cold temperature outside with restaurants air conditioning on. Food ended up cold by the time we finished. I had to put my winter coat back on while eating. Couldn't get out of there soon enough. Mentioned the cold to table server. They ignored me. Won't be going to this location any time soon.

The place wasn't as clean as it should be, tables were dirty with dishes. One server for the whole place and he wasn't really experienced. We order appetizers and didn't get it, he wanted to bring them after we had finished our dinner. Also, chicken wasn't cooked, we noticed blood close to the bones. Not a nice time.

Visited this location for some takeout. Went home to enjoy my dinner with my family. This is where I was disappointed. Opened my boxed dinner and noticed the fries were minimal. At least half of what is normally served in the restaurant. Top it all off, two of the dishes, the chicken was not cooked completely. See images.

Love that they've opened their menu up to a few different yummy things other than just the quarter chicken traditional options. The new crispy chicken sandwich is delicious! Love the fries with the chalet sauce and the cheese perogies are so good as well. Our server Chloé was also amazing, especially for us as a big (someehat chaotic) group.
