Starbucks has always gotten 5 stars from me for service! Today was disappointing. Going through the drive through, the person taking our order was pushy and cut my daughter off when she was still deciding. Drinks were boiled instead of being steamed. Possibly someone in training..

Most of the time I love coming to this location but lately they’ve been awful. Not making my drinks properly forgetting to put whip or add ons in my drinks. I mobile order my drinks 90% of the time so I can just head to work and at least 3X a week they forget something, when I’m paying for it and I mobile order it’s annoying to have to track someone down to get my drink made properly.

after recently trying the new cold brew, went to order it again since it was amazing at another Starbucks in town. this is what the girl at the drive through handed me. when i asked her if she put the cold foam on top of the drink she assured me she did but it just “sunk through” ?? i’ve had many drinks with cold foam and they have never done this ever. when i asked her if she could remake it she then told me that they just ran out of syrup, what a joke. tasted nothing like the first time i had it just a couple days ago

Went in very early (was probably the first person to eat in). The staff were nice, but all the tables were filthy like they had not been cleaned for days.

There are a lot of options to eat, which is amazing because I am vegetarian, the staff is super nice, they have free wifi and there is an amazing place to relax and enjoy their products.
