First time we went early season, late afternoon and I enjoyed the service, I hated the amount of mosquitoes. The second time we went at mid-season and early morning, I hated the service enjoyed the place. You MUST bring mosquito repellent, there are plenty of them. Their website is good. I saw a flyer in the bathroom about children playing for free, I am not sure if it is accurate. They have soccer-golf and other activities. Google maps is inaccurate with the directions there.

we just went to rent a canoe there. the guy was SO nice and we had a stellar time with our adventure cat in the canoe. what a lovely day it was. tip: if you go in the morning first thing you will see many more birds! we saw a ton - bring binoculars if you have them.

I had my wedding here. Beautiful place and so much flexibility with the manager, he lets you use golf carts to go out on the course for photos, turns on the sprinkler system for the photos, and the food was fantastic. I received so many compliments from my guests how great the wedding was.

They don't even have the right scorecards.Distances on most holes are all off. No starter. Some greens were burnt. The 16th tee didn't even have distance indications lol We didn't even know if we were on the right hole......The distance indicators (Blue,White,Red) are hard to find. They are not in the middle of the fairway. They are in the woods lolOnly positive... The fairways are very, very nice.If you play around 120 to 150. This is a great starter course. If you are an experienced golfer, skip this course.Pictures to follow.....Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

This is my first ever negative review about anything. I'm rating this a 1 because 0 is not an option.Let's start with what is good about Golf Le Select... The layout is very good, and they have these really cool single golf carts that look like a motorcycle! That's about it.On the bad side: the greens were mostly horrible. That is not what caused this review... There is a beetle epidemic in the area that literally devours greens... Not fun but not really their fault. For the most part, the staff is polite and friendly... EXCEPT the Marshall!!!I played on Saturday, July 18. We started at 9:22 and finished just before two... Not bad for a Saturday but we didn't set any speed records either. Heck.. we waited on every hole and that's normal for a Saturday. The Marshall was abusive and blamed my group for slowing everything down. At one point I told him he was slowing the game down by stopping group after group to give them hell. When I mentioned that this was my first and last time here, he said good, they don't need my kind here. What kind is that, I wonder?Single-digit-handicap golfers who play 70 rounds a year?It only takes one bad apple to run a golf game. When that Apple represents the course, the course is to blame. He is what caused this review. I'm my forty-six years of golf I have felt so harassed and abused by a course employee.Come to think of it... In 46 years of playing, I have never been accused of slow play

Course is in really good shape. Management has really worked hard on creating and manicuring the gardens. This is a pretty flat Course so a Nice one to walk. Also has a good driving range & Foot Golf.

Not one redeeming quality worth the money you pay at this course. I only played golf there, so I can't comment on anything else, but I will say this:1. It is VERY likely that you will have children playing 'SOCCER-GOLF' parallel to the holes you are golfing on. We did. I cannot, and will not, blame children for acting like children (running, yelling, enjoying themselves) but that's not something you want to golf beside.2. The course itself was in terrible condition. the fairways were decent, but the tee-boxes and greens were full of holes and burnt patches. What a mess.3. There didn't seem to be any markers along the fairway letting you know the current distance to the hole (only course I've been on that didn't have these). Not an issue if you have a range finder, but it bothered us.4. One last little thing that irked me hard, they try to charge you to refill your water bottles in the shop from their water dispenser. The tap water, apparently, isn't potable. My god, how ridiculous is that?I haven't been golfing long, and have only ever golfed on public courses, but I find it inconceivable that this place charges the rates that they do when their conditions are comparatively brutal. Definitely never going back, but if you do, I sincerely hope you have a better experience than us.
