We used Sevenoaks to send our dog back to England and the service really couldn’t of been better. Hilary was an angel, she was so patient with all my million questions and extremely helpful at every point of the journey. My doggy is now safely back in the UK and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much Sevenoaks and Hilary.

Sabrina was able to help me transport my rescue dog, Daisy, from Canada to the UK just after the holidays. Her help was invaluable, particularly in navigating the sheer amount of paperwork and requirements that needed to be completed. Ultimately Sevenoaks took a lot of stress off me so that I could worry about taking care of other things associated with my travel abroad. Given Daisy's unique anxiety issues, I was fairly worried she wouldn't cope well on the journey, but Sabrina was able to calm my nerves by providing clarity and information around what Daisy would experience on the journey. I was also able to drop Daisy off at the cargo facility on the day of travel and pick her up as soon she was released in London, which helped as well. I highly recommend this company.

You cannot go wrong using Sevenoaks, they are brilliant. They made sure everything went smoothly and our minds were kept at ease at all times. We had a very difficult challenge in moving a French Bulldog from Ukraine to Calgary in order to reunite a displaced family with their pet. Many flights and airlines do not allow moving a French bulldog, but the team at SevenOaks were instrumental in making it happen. They even went above and beyond by meeting us at our hotel with the dog at midnight after she had arrived and cleared customs. Thank you to Hilary, Dennis, Les, Candace and the rest of the team - excellent service and I would highly recommend them for any animal and livestock logistics!

Moving dogs to Australia is not an easy process. If you add that the dogs are boxers and a pandemic on top of it then things look pretty bleak. Luckily we had Hilary and Les to help us out. From the get go they were the only ones willing to accept the challenge and they simply crushed it. They were very hands on and what makes them the best is their genuine love for animals. After almost a year of working together I can say that they are the best in what they do. They are very well informed, on top of every single detail and their responses immediate. We cannot be happier that our paths crossed. We will be forever in debt with them for bringing our dogs to us and grateful to have met such amazing people.

Sabrina and the team at Sevenoaks transported out little dog from Canada to the UK this year during all the fun of covid. They were amazing end to end. Great communication and walked use through the whole process with not issues. Our dog arrived safe and sound and happy as ever. If you have to transport a pet use this team.

I had a great experience working with Hilary, Les and primarily Sabrina with bringing my dog to Melbourne. It was a very long process as the requirements were strict and demanding (coupled with disrupted flights due to Covid), but Sabrina supported me whilst I was in Australia and she outlined the necessary requirements with timelines, and provided updates to me as my dog travelled. I have worked with other companies to bring my dog to other countries, but Sevenoaks was far more responsive and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to do a complicated move. Wonderful experience. Les couldn’t have been more helpful in getting my puppy Dot across the border during the COVID closure. He made sure all my custom papers were in order and communicated with me beginning months ago before my pup was even born. He kept the pup in his kitchen the day before the transport. No one else could have possible done this with such kindness and care for animals. Thanks Les I am so grateful

Les Oakes transported two dogs to MT for us. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, caring and delivered on promises as advertised. Most importantly, the pups immediately loved him and you could tell he cared about the job he was doing.I can’t recommend them enough - big thank you for the job they did, crossing the border during a pandemic no less to reunite pups with their owner!

Hilary and Les transported my dog on a special chartered flight from Vancouver to Melbourne. COVID made everything very complicated but they were always so helpful and professional. I cannot thank them enough for getting my dog Finn to Australia. Les built a customise made CR82 wooden crate which was an Air Canada requirement for the breed of my dog. We cannot recommend Hilary and Les enough and we are forever in their debt for getting our beloved dog home safely!
