This company towed my car when I got into an accident, everything was fine with that. However, this company is difficult to work with in terms of retrieving your items from the vehicle and your license plates. They have stated hours on their website, however if you call the hours are somehow different if its inconvenient for them. It took me over a week to retrieve my stuff due to being told different things each time I called

They will try to rush to the scene of an accident and jeopardize the safety of other drivers on the road in doing so. Also they have scammed me once by hooking my car and not letting me take it to my preferred body shop. They will try their best to lock you up with their car rental for there blatant referral fee. Better and more reputed towing companies in the city, do your research on who has been around longer. These guys try but will not be there any time soon.

The other reviewers aren't kidding. I highly recommend this towing service. It is top notch. Ordered a tow ahead of time (day before) and driver showed up on time. Hooked everything up quickly and got me to the shop on time. And price was more than fair! Even had a very nice chat on the way about this and that so the drive was entertaining. Overall Navi towing made a crappy situation (broken car) a much nicer one.... So thanks!

WORST TOWING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEY LIE, STEAL AND CHEAT PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. They told me they would take my car where i would like after being in an accident. what they ended up doing is taking to their own storage facility and they refused to pick up my phone or the insurances phone and when i when to the facility my self they asked for $3000 over the weekend. just for a simple tow.... it was a young kid named roop who i thought was “helping me out”. i was better off driving my car and taking any chances than letting these THEIFS touch my car. DONT TRUST THEM EVER!!!!!!

TERRIBLE service! They MESSED ME UP COMPLETELY! After I paid for the service the gentleman left my car in the middle of a NO PARKING Zone at Albion mall. After he dropped my car off in the no parking zone, I could not put my car in neutral to push it into the Canadian Tire Garage. He said he would call his boss to see how he could help me then he DROVE OFF! I've never experienced such terrible service in my life!

Firstly, they came in late, and the car started with just battery boost..the driver charged me whole 60 dollar (which was agreed before to pull the car to nearby mechanic 1- 2 km away) just for battery boost. I could have asked a taxi to stop and boost for 10 - 20 dollar. But more concerning was the driver was very unproffesional and rushy all time with serious bad attitude. They just care about money with real unproffessional attitude. Seriously i regret calling thse towing company. Seriously ,save your time and money, dont call these guys.
