My license was expired and I lost my wallet so I had no picture ID. Without hesitation they looked at my ID and my bills and struff brought from my mail and used that to get me back driving. Thank you

She made me feel calm and confident before the test, and her reassuring words really helped me to relax. She also let me know that she wasn't planning to make the test tricky, which further put my mind at ease.The staff at the registry were also very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. I appreciated their assistance and guidance. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received at Abbey Road Registries and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to take their road test. Whenever she had a feeling that i am getting nervous during the test, she knew how to divert my mind to calm me down and boost my confidence. 5 stars for Harvinder.

Went in to renew my ID recently and was pleasantly surprised to find no wait when I arrived. It was quick, easy, and I appreciate their extended days/hours for convenience!

Joanne was absolutely amazing and made things super easy and smooth. Would fully recommend the service.I went in with the need to update and get a new license. And I had minimal things. But they were able to help process everything quickly.

Hands down this has got to be the worst registry that I have ever been to. Though the wait wasn’t too bad, the agent who ‘helped’ me was exceptionally rude and arrogant. It was if he couldn’t be bothered to help those who had been patiently waiting, explain fees/process or anything or even answer any questions I had.If it weren’t for the other people waiting behind me or the fact it was near the end of the business day, I probably would have either said something or asked to speak to a manager. Nobody should deserve to be treated that poorly by someone in a customer service job.I am considering contacting the Government of Alberta to report how one of their authored service agencies treat people. It doesn’t look like I’m the only one who has had a bad experience here, but guaranteed I won’t be going back.

Extremely long wait time. The Agent was rude and arrogant. The inside was filthy as well as the windows were disgusting. Obviously like the Agent's rude attitude, this Registry is a Dump with Extremely Poor Customer Service. It certainly reflects that the owner has No standards regarding the quality of the Agent's they hire or, pride in the condition of the inside of this business. Don't waste your time coming to this establishment. If possible I'd give Abby Road Registry a 0 star.

Road examers will gas light you and then fail you. Even fail you on a small detail. You can do everything perfect and fail on something so small. Would not recommend going here
