J'ai participé à un de ses cours de cuisine ! Lola est très patiente avec ses élèves et explique vraiment bien, j'ai pu suivre toutes les étapes sans problème. J'ai également appris des choses sur la culture Haïtienne ce qui est un vrai plus par rapport à d'autres cours de cuisine que j'avais pu faire dans le passé. A la fin du cours on a pu savourer le délicieux repas que nous avions préparés dans une très bonne ambiance. Si vous voulez apprendre à préparer des repas Haïtien avec une vrai cheffe, c'est ici que ça se passe :)

Merci Fabiola pour le cours virtuel sur le Bouyon. Pour moi ce fût du perfectionnement puisque je savais déjà le préparer et j'ai beaucoup appris de vos astuces et techniques. Vos explications sont claires et faciles à suivre et le Bouyon délicieux. // Thank you Fabiola for the Bouyon virtual class. I learned a lot from your tips and techniques. Your explanations are clear and easy to follow, and the resulting Bouyon was delicious.

J’ai suivis l’un de ses cours de cuisines c’était bien. J’ai plus jamais fait de riz haïtien trop cuit.Essayer c’est l’adopter !!Maintenant je sais où commander le beurre d’arachide épicé et la poudre cacao haïtien.

My group had a wonderful time at our akra cooking class with Lola! The space she hosted our class in was perfect, really beautiful with lots of space for us. Lola had all the supplies we needed and she was very patient and answered all our questions. I highly, highly recommend taking a cooking class with Cuisine Lakay Lola!

What a godsend! We fell in love with the dous, but I will never buy another jamaican patty from another place. I love how delicate the crust is and I feel the love in her cuisine!
