been to this store several times and found it to be a pleasant experience...butrecently i've been having a very hard time reaching anyone at the store. April 22nd was my last contac.No idea if they're sick, on holidays or what.Haven't returned phone calls and door has been locked....???'S NEED ANSWERSPS: voice mail is full

This place is amazing. The gentleman that works/owns this place is so nice and so quick. He always tells you what he’s doing and talks to you while he fixes whatever you need done. I will continue to go back and continue to tell my family and friends about this place. If you need a watch or chain fixed go in. You won’t regret it :)!!!!

Went in to get the battery changed on my watch. $10 even, done in about 10 minutes even though there was some difficulty with getting the back of the watch back on (due to watch brand, not him).The gentleman was very friendly and chatted while he changed it. Neat store with many neat clocks and things around.

I would steer clear I dropped off Hugo Boss watch executive series spent $900 on it took it in to get a band replaced and he end up losing my watch.The proprietor then only gave me $200 for my watch!!

There’s something to be said about service. We went to Robert with an idea about our wedding bands and he gave us exactly what we wanted at a VERY fair price. I’m glad to know him.

My go-to for repairs, jewelry and watch battery replacement.He is extremely experienced. When he replaces the battery, makes sure the watches are running well. He has repaired a couple of pieces and always does an excellent job.His jewelry are quality pieces at very reasonable prices

Awesome jeweler! The gentleman that operates this place is so friendly and so fast. He lets you know what he’s doing and chats with you while doing the repair. I would definately continue to go back and continue to tell my family and friends about this place. If you need a watch or chain fixed or any jewelery related repairs you must checj Hamilton out!. You won’t regret it :) My wife has referred all her friends and they all have been very happy with the service! We are planning to have a gold necklace made for our newborn.
