The ladies at Harvey's provide wonderful service and made a delicious and fresh vege burger for us to try! We appreciate their service and attention to detail on preparing the food.

This place used to be nice with competent workers but they had a recent change of staff and it’s honestly aweful. I usually always order drive through and pay cash and the last 2 times I’ve been has been a real headache. I just ordered a crispy chicken combo with a poutine, extra fries and a sauce. The lady got the WHOLE order wrong. She forgot my fries and when I told her she made a mistake, she gave me some money back. I didn’t understand at first and then I looked at the receipt and she had told me a price and the receipt said another price that was way cheaper. I think they are ripping people off because the same thing happened last time with the same lady. She told me a different price than the actual price… She had an attitude during the whole time I was dealing with her. Real nightmare. They are literally scamming people. The lady doesn’t say the price at the intercom and when she sees you pay cash, she gives you a random higher price and I guess keeps the balance.

This is the 6th time I try take out at this Harvey's, and every time they get my order wrong.... it's so frustrating. Last time I ordered a poutine, they gave me a regular fry. I asked for tomatoes in the burger, but I didn't get any. The past times they put the wrong ingredients. Please fix this.

Fast and friendly service at this location. I usually order ahead of time on the app. So far, every experience has been perfect. Order ready on arrival, hot food, and most importantly, accuracy of my request. Given the amount of topping combos available, I am impressed they always get it right. Thank you!

Never had an issue with this location, always good service, good food. We once ordered fries and onion rings near closing time and one of the employees gave us a free apple pie, since they were done for the day. Very sweet of them.

I ordered an angus burger, with regular poutine and iced tea and Instead I received a buffalo poutine with a spicy chicken burgers with jalapeno!! I cannot eat spicy stuff, really disappointed in their service.

Onion ring were a bit dry but the vege burger were made with fresh ingredient and the cook used gloves for sanitary purpose which is a plus

Very good meal, cooked fresh. Seems to be a family run business, definitely good employees working. I wish they had one or two more to get a faster service. Nonetheless, very good location.

Didn’t know that Harvey’s was this good. However, employee doesn’t seem to catch order at once. You should repeat it at least 2-3 times for them to get it and you should check your order when you receive from them. They forgot my fries and sauce for salad. I mean it happens when you work so it’s understandable.
