The ladies are totally amazing and helpful all the time. Gave me a budget conscious product and provided information Because I am a first time buyer.

WOW. RUDE AF. I came in on Friday afternoon for some large rollers, I’d already been to 2 other Sally’s that were sold out. I asked for help from a bigger woman who was at the counter, she was for sure the manager or supervisor on duty. She delegated another employee to help me, but she wasn’t able to answer my question of how a product worked so she asked her boss, who gave a snippy response. I inquired about some “magnetic rollers”, that are plastic.. the amount of attitude from the manager was so off putting I couldn’t get out fast enough. The younger employee who was delegated to help was nice but I could feel her embarrassment for how her boss was acting. I’m so upset I’m legit contacting the upper management..whether that’s a regional manager, store owner or head office.To the rude unhelpful woman, may you never have to experience embarrassment of asking questions in a beauty supply store and being made to feel stupid… Shame on you.

This location is Amazing! The ladies who work there are absolutely great and understanding. I recommend this store 1000% as I was running late on Saturday January 2nd from another Sally's and when I came to this location they had just CLOSED! I had to get bleach and developer for a client the very next day. To my absolute surprise the ladies let me in so I can get the couple things I truly NEEDED. Thank you so much ladies! Keep doing good work!

I was in the 88th location yesterday flr hair dye, and was told basically all the wrong information. I stopped in to this store today to return the dye and get the proper one. Prab, the manager was so nice, she took her time helping me find exactly what I was looking for and wanted in the first place. She was really knowledgeable, helpful and overall just a nice person. Will definitely make this my home" store!"

Me and my sister went in today to grab some bleaching supplies. Zoe was the most cool and helpful employee I’ve ever met! She was very informative and new a ton of information about all the products. And a wide variety of insight on EVERYTHING. She’s fantastic and needs a raise!

There is an offer on hair products 4 for $30 , but the girls out there are not giving you the products by saying that its not a part of deal, they are selling wrong size in this deal. I don't know why but they are cheating with customers. My sister grab deal in Calgary and i was taking the same products but the girls out there said these products are not part of deal and said small size is part of deal then i show the deal to them on official website of sally beauty ,there was clearly mentions what products are on deal. Girls must be grabbing the products and saving the products for themselves and for their love one's. Management should take care of these kind of issues.

Been to this location for the first time. Awesome customer service explained each and every single thing, as this is my first time colouring my hair. She was alone at the store but still managed to take calls, deal with multiple customers. And her name is PRABH asked her while doing payment.

I had the wonderful opportunity to be serviced by Tuvell (Apologies if I spelled your name wrong). She was very kind and informative. I had let her know that I was dying my hair for the first time and after telling her about my process she helped to reassure me. We need more people like Tuvell in the world, patient and helpful. I will be back very soon and often.

Just wanted to shout out the team here for their amazing knowledge! I am trying to go back to my natural grey-blah blonde (what I described as a kid as mouse grey") and had already bleached my hair and was looking for toner and a final colour to overlay. The ladies at this location where incredibly knowledgeable helping me compare products to get me there. I was surprised to find that they now call this colour affectionately "mushroom blonde" LOL Needless to say
