Awesome customer service, super hard working employees and one of the best stores to get limited shoes. I picked up the Nike Air Ship Orange from here which is a super hard shoe to get. Capsule is the store for shoes!!! I am super satisfied with my purchase and cant wait to purchase more from them.

Staff with bad attitude, don't line up for any shoes, because you'll get nothing, they let a bunch of people jump the line, they're proud of it, it sickens me，don‘t deserve one star

I've never been to the physical store so I can't comment on that but their online store didn't give me any trouble.Bought a pair of Air Jordan 1 Lucky Green at release and had no issues. Ordered on Saturday and received on Tuesday which was surprising.The courier was also super nice and texted me before they arrived and asked if I had any delivery preferences if someone wasn't at home to receive the order.

Best customer service . Not really many sales but that always means they have some kind of old stock still sitting for someone to find and rock.Super fast shipping as well if u order in the morning usually get it next afternoon

I truly wish I could give these people a lower rating. It was been a nightmare dealing with these people. They have no sense of respect towards their clients and their communication skills are worse than 0. I placed an online order and they sent me the wrong size. They have ignored all my efforts of communication, whether it's by email or phone. The in-store employees don't seem to have a clue about anything and instead are programmed to tell you they'll forward the inquiry to the management team. Obviously, the management team does not care and won't even try to contact you back at all. Even when you initiate a chargeback, they will forward their stupid return policy to your bank and try to challenge the dispute. They wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee and refund the rest of the amount through store credit, on top of me having to ship the item back at my expense. All of that because the blind employee who was processing the order decided to send the wrong size. This is an absolute joke of a store, so if you value your sanity, please refrain from shopping at this place.

They have limited drops for jordans but always have something exciting. One of the few places in Toronto where you can get new era hat drops. Keep an eye on their upcoming drop section, sometimes they carry restocks

Worst experience. So this place allows you to place an order online however the delivery within the country takes over 2 weeks. At the time of checkout it marks it as expedited delivery and the confirmation for your order takes 2-3 days which is kinda confusing. When I called to ask what exactly is happening the call was answered by one of the rudest employees ever. He had a tone which makes you feel you’ve made a mistake by ordering from here. Instead of explaining calmly the guy started blaming me for not waiting for more than 2-3 days before calling. And then immediately cancelled my order when I said you need to watch your tone. Pathetic service. I would suggest staying away as there are way better stores with much better customer service.
