This is the best place for construction or home reno project materials. Great price, on time delivery and a group of staff that really cares about customers. I am very impressed with the professionalism I observed. It's hard to find a place that cares about customers these days. Don't take my word, give them a call and find out yourself.

I got to deal with Tarra & she was nothing short of fantastic. Can't explain the other reviews but if you deal with Tarra, I'm confident that you will have just as a positive experience as I did. She is super awesome

Worst lumber company in whole winnipeg. Truck drivers has to wait for 4-5 hours to get unloaded. Really poor service

My brother went to buy flooring for his daughter and they told him at the front desk that they do not serve First Nations people, he was told there was a separate place for them. In this day and age I can't believe this would happen. Shame on you Springhill Lumber. I hope all of our First Nation people take thier business elsewhere.

Very untidy and disorganized place, we asked them for a quote and they have responded to us a long time ago and the offer was valid for the day. If you are not interested in customers, do not respond by wasting our time.

Very dishonest company! Spent a week chasing Riley for the materials quote for my garage build. He either ignored my emails/calls completely, or when he did get back to me he promised quote by end of day (never followed through). Finally last evening I received the quote with an expiry date of today. I went down to the office with a certified cheque for the amount on the quote ($21,000), and was told the price would now be $1000 more. Not even 24 hours passed since I received the quote, and the quote date was still valid. Spent a week getting the run around and now all my other quotes have expired. Staff were rude and very unapologetic for their errors. Take your business elsewhere.
