For the first time ever I had microblading done on my eyebrows by Vina - a wonderful, pleasant person who did an amazing job. I went back after 6 weeks for my touch up and was even more impressed. She did a superb job! I am so happy with my brows that I haven't used a pencil since! (And after years of over-plucking I barely HAD eyebrows!) The facility itself is very clean, warm and welcoming and I will most definitely go back . I would absolutely recommend Vina and Natural U Spa to anyone!

Bought my wife a gift certificate (GC) of $175 for this spa. They offer points for the servicesyou pay for to be redeemed later so I bought the GC under my wife's name. They asked and I specified that she was not to be contacted in any way, as this was a surprise birthday gift. Sure enough they spoiled my surprise by sending the gift certificate via email so upon arrival at home, I was asked what the GC was about. Followed up with an email to the spa expressing my disappointment but, never heard back.Then, a few days later, my wife receives an email saying the spa is closed due to a family emergency and that they are looking for a new owner! She panics, I'm upset and she calls, speaks to Vina and arranges an appointment for today, 15th of June 2017.Vina personally was to do a microblading of her eyebrows, Mani/Pedi,eyelash extensions, and a few other services. As we arrived for the appointment, the spa sent a text canceling the appointment due to a power outage. A 10:30 appointment cancelled at 10:25... We waited at the spa for Vina to show up and had the power return by 11:00 before Vina showed...

By far the best gel (OPI) manicure I have ever had. Vina's home business is absolutely lovely. She is friendly and professional and makes you feel comfortable. She did an excellent gel manicure with french tips for my wedding. My nails still looked perfect even two weeks later! She also does silk lash extensions, which would be worth giving a try.

lashes were perfect for the first three days but after that they all fell out. I've also noticed the volumes here on each individual lash have 2 like lashes on them whereas the volumes I've gotten anywhere else have 3-4. the volumes felt more like classics or hybrids. would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was very happy with the service I received at the spa! Pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. The massage I had with Lynn was probably the best I've had to date! Five stars!

I’ll never go anywhere else! Absolutely LOVE this place. All the ladies working here are so friendly and welcoming.They all also do an amazing job with lashes; I go 3 weeks and realistically I could push it 4 weeks because they stay on so well I just love that super plump full look.10/10 would recommend!!

I've tried most of their treatments and keep going back for more . . . brazilian wax, bikini wax, eyebrow wax, eyebrow/lash tinting, eyelash extensions, body massage, facial, pedicure, manicure, gel nails. Vina and her staff are highly trained, very experienced and talented, gentle and kind. This is a great local business offering friendly, warm service.

Vina is a very well educated beautician! Spa is always beautifully decorated and clean. Staff are dressed professionally. I have used others services for my eyelashes and she is the only one that makes them pop.

First impressions are everything. Unfortunately for me this manicure was not one I would recommend. I have had beautiful false gel nails for almost a year now going to the same technician in Parksville, unfortunately due to personal she no longer can do nails an I decided to try Natural U Spa.First started off with the first nail lady not knowing that I had gel extensions and she tried to get it off with acetone (she was just going to do gel polish). Secondly I was transferred to a nail tech which could do gel extension fills but was rushed. She ended up nicking 3 of my fingers with the nail file which caused slight bleeding and stung with the acetone she later used when doing a French manicure. None of the nails looked a like (in shape), and none of the French tips were rounded at all. Though she was very friendly... I was very disappointed that the fill was no a complete fill, the nails were not shaped almond" style (which is what I came in with and wanted)

Vina Does incredible lashes, shes amazingly gentle and fast. most lash techs have trouble doing Asian eyes and i find it usually takes them twice as long. I get the hybrid lash's and last me 2-3 weeks before i have to get a fill
