Took my 1 year old Sammy to pet ahead today after my regular groomer cancelled on me last minute. So glad I found them! Rocky was very accommodating and I managed to get an appointment for the weekend. I've been to other groomers where my dog was clearly traumatized and had a bleeding paw even but she seemed calmer than usual here. Very happy with the results with reasonable pricing.

Brought my dog for the first time. A white German Shepard and she looked gorgeous when I picked her up. She didn’t look stressed or anything.They answered really fast my messages and I got an appointment the same day.Price is reasonable as well.And the person at the the front desk was friendly.I recommend !

It was my first visit at this place. They are very friendly, welcoming and patient. My dog Ibel was so anxious, they treated her so nicely. Regarding the grooming, did the perfect job. Thanks to Rockey and the kind personnel . For sure we get back to them.

This place is great! It was easy to get an appointment and they were pleasant and flexible about pick up time. I received back a well groomed dog. They did such a great job with his coat, cut very evenly that he looks airbrushed! The hair around his toe beans were cleaned out well. Overall really high quality cut and great service.

I’ve been taking my dog here for almost a decade (ever since she’s a puppy). She always comes home looking amazing and happy! The nice couple who owns this store truly love what they do and they love the fur babies. Even after moving to Aurora I’d drive all the way to groom my dog here. They’re so gentle and caring and they charge very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

We used to take our maltipoo to other groomers but found the consistency with Petahead’s grooming service to just be more present. It’s incredibly easy to book with them as well and their attention to detail is great. Our dog also doesn’t seem mind going here as opposed to other places he’s been to before and we’re glad that he seems to have become more comfortable getting groomed since coming here. Highly recommend!

I was very skeptical about taking my dog back to the groomers because of the many times that I have been disappointed with the grooming. I have to say that I am very glad I took that risk to try again and it really didn’t disappoint this time around. The groomer was very patient and did as how I have described for my dog to be groomed. On top of everything else, my dog came back smelling fresh and although anxious, he wasn’t trying to dash away as he did with the other groomers he’s had in the past. I would have liked to show more appreciation, but unfortunately I was in such a hurry, BUT we will come back again for sure! Thank you!
