They were very friendly and helpful! They are unfortunately understaffed. But do NOT hold that against them! They are doing there best! Very clean. Very polite. Very kind. And they will guarantee a good home for all animals!

The staff are amazing. The facility is very nicely setup and you can see a high level of compassion for the animals in their care.Special shout out to Heather and Kristy who work so hard! They are amazing people and a try part of what makes this location so special.

Our dog ran off into the woods yesterday. Thanks to a wonderful person who found her on the highway, and the SPCA's Facebook page, we were able to find her safe and sound in just a few hours! We picked her up today, a little shaken but well taken care of and happy to see us. Thank you so much to the Muskoka SPCA and the anonymous bystander who took our pup somewhere safe ❤️

We have homed a perfect dog and 2 cats from here, cant say enough how caring they have been, I return and drop off blankets and things occasionally, please help them help the voiceless.

Wow so impressed. Fantastic staff. I highly recommend..bigtime..wanna help some animals. Adopt a new friend. Volunteer..contribute food...well this place is for you...we love our new family members Macaroni...our new kitten....thnx to the staff...pls go visit them ...you will also be impressed...
