I just have to say that the staff here saved my feet! I sadly was exhausted when I came and can't remember their names was a young girl and I think a manager. They went above and beyond to help me find relief from my job which required standing all day. They had excellent recommendations, absolutely no pressure to buy if I couldn't find the right shoe and grabbed me several pairs to try on.I ended up with the perfect pair and now , no more crying when I get home from work.Thank you to the staff, you are wonderful!

Excellent customer service and very helpful for returns and choose the right shoes for the customers. I highly recommend Hoka running shoes they maybe new to Toronto but are amazing. Thanks again Janet Moore.

This store is amazing. I phoned up and talked to Tom about getting new running shoes for my daughter who is on the autism spectrum and has trouble trying on new shoes for any length of time; she is a beginning runner and very talented. He and the sales lady (so sorry I forgot her name) went above and beyond to make sure she got the space and attention she needed, and she absolutely loves her new shoes! Thank you so much for your expertise and understanding!

Amazing service! I went in to get a pair of running shoes but was overwhelmed by all of the choices. Tom was super helpful, I learned a lot and he helped me pick a pair of shoes. Will 100% go back next time I need a new pair. Thanks!

I visited The Runners Shop on Bloor West and it was an amazing experience.Lynn and Glenn took a personalized interest in my foot condition and recommended the best kind of footwear. The best thing that I found about them was that they were kind enough to suggest that I should stick with the current pair of shoes rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need.They also created a seamless experience in scheduling & organizing a gait analysis test and helped analyze it to better understand what I can work on when running.Their knowledge of gait and shoes is among the best I have ever seen. Make sure to visit this store if you ever want to buy a new pair of shoes.PS: I did find myself the perfect pair of slippers which are extremely comfortable!!

I have always had great experiences shopping at this location. Tom (I believe that's his name!) is incredibly knowledgeable about every kind of shoe they carry in store (and many they do not!) and has consistently provided great service and support. In a city with many choices in running stores, I'm happy to continue supporting this location because of the great experiences I've had finding perfect shoes here. Thank you!
