Please do yourself a favour and do not buy parts or service your truck here. Bill at the desk took my truck in for service, I had to return it there five times because they could not fix the AC compressor properly. Finally on the last time they touched my truck the AC compressor exploded and left me stranded in Indianapolis. After I received my bill from the service centre in the USA bill admitted that they made an error when they changed my compressor and that they would be refunding my bill, well... after months of waiting I simply get no response.

I had my truck at this location to do an recall. The person in service was Scott and he was very professional and the technicians who worked on my truck did a good job. Highly recomand this shop. Good job guys!

I dealt with Peter and it was a fantastic experience. In all my years of buying trucks I never had someone like Peter who went out of his way to bring me value and sell me a truck that would fit my needs. I can't recommend him enough.

Good deals on parts, clean and friendly atmosphere. New Management had changed the culture there and largely for the better. I was skeptical but now I'm a supporter and loyal client to Eastgate. Good guys there to help you with all your trucking needs from parts, service and sales.

Account Supervisor is an absolute ignorant person. Account Manager is ok and understanding but the Supervisor...forget it. Hope no one has to deal with this person. Very rude and disrespectful. Someone should remind this person how to deal with customers that pay their pay cheque. Truck service no issue, in fact very good. Account Supervisor needs an attitude check.
