Went into the store with my mom to have a look at their engagement rings. Super friendly staff with a ton of knowledge about diamonds. I learned a lot about the 4 Cs and diamond certification.

We walked into the store and there are 2 employees standing and talking to each other. No one greeted us. So we had to ask for them to come do their job and help us. And even then, the guy was not very talkative and helpful. Terrible customer service and I haven’t even spent a penny there. I can only imagine the after-sale service.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Marilyn, she is such a nice person and gave me tremendous service. I called about a week ago looking for a particular item and she very kindly put it aside for me until I was able to make it into the store last Saturday morning to purchase it. Thank you Marilyn, I'll definitely be returning in the future!!

Placed my order online a bit late for Valentine, option to pick in-store was not possible due to item availability. Called Birks explaining the situation. In 24 hr I had my order at my door step with FedEx overnight priority shipped from Vancouver to Montreal (although only free complement" shipment

Came here to get a ring resized and unfortunately in the end they could not do it without risking the ring being damaged, but I was very happy with the fast and professional service I received and that they sent it out to their workshop anyway to see. I was greeted immediately even though I am young and not a typical target customer at a higher end store. Very nice staff.

I was looking a gift for my sister’s wedding. Boyang really gave me professional suggestions and booked the watch we picked from Europe. She kept syncing up with me during the hard time of supply chain during the pandemic. And finally, my sister got her watch on time and she absolutely loves it.

Best services!!! I went to there to buy a gift for my sister. Rebecca helped me a lot. She is very professional and patient. We took around one hour because they have lots of stuffs in store. She helped me and gave me her suggestions. Fortunately, my sister loves the gift! Best experience I had with Birks!
