Had a great experience at Le Soliele resizing my wedding band. Kym was incredibly accommodating to work with, answered all of my questions and was very informative. I never felt pressured, and never doubted her expertise. It was nice to actually talk to the person who would be doing the work.The work was done on-site with short turnaround time. The ring itself looks great, cannot notice the splice, and came back in better shape than when I dropped it off.

We came to Le Soleil Jewellers to create my fiance's wedding band, and resize my grandmother's ring for myself. Kym was exceptionally easy to work with. She understood our desires for the project (i.e. incorporating some old family gold pieces into the wedding band), and worked very efficiently within our timeline. Her expertise and talent clearly shines through her work! We're thrilled with our rings, and grateful for such a smooth process. Thank you!!

My 14K wedding band had been resized a couple of times with the result that it was stretched so thin that it had split and the back side had worn very thin. Kim expertly rebuilt the back half of the ring and created a perfectly seamless joint with the front half. The ring looks as good as it did when bought from Birks in 1978. Thank you, Kim.
