Incredibly unpleasant to deal with. They harass me regularly concerning information I’ve given them numerous times (“I’ll make a note of it in your file”) but they don’t bother reading those notes before they call. They regularly “discover” fees that I need to pay, forcing me to prolong the length of my loan. They charge me late fees for payments that they don’t receive within THEIR time frame, even though I’ve clearly told them numerous times that my pay check isn’t always deposited according to the FAIRSTONE schedule.( the first payment of the month HAS to be before the 5th, or they’ll charge you late fees.)I regret dealing with them.
