Courtney is fabulous. I am so happy I decided to go with her/polish me pretty for my makeup. I am super picky when it comes to makeup and she exceeded my expectations. I just had my trial for my wedding next year and cannot wait for further events with her services. She does a wonderful job. Book your makeup with her!

Stephanie did my makeup and 8 other girls for my wedding reception! She did an amazing job. She was very kind, patient, and her energy lit up the room and everyone had a great day getting ready with her a part of it. We had absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would recommend her specifically again to anyone who needs makeup services.

The hair services Sara from Polish Me Pretty provided for me and my bridal party were amazing. We were very happy and impressed. And even in this crazy heat and everything that comes with it, the dos all lasted all day and the next day. She also was very sweet and patient with us as five out of six of us had hair that went down past our back. Great service, would recommend to any wedding party. Thanks a million!

I had the Polish me Pretty team provide hair and makeup services for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother in the law recently for my wedding. Once services were completed, there were a total of 5 issues that occurred as a result of the team being unprepared1- One of my bridesmaids had to do her own hair due to the team only brining one size curling iron. She was still charged the full price for hair & makeup, 0 attempts to discuss a refund/partial refund were made on the day of. Instead she had to reach out to the owner herself to request a refund. Good customer service would have been to tell her we will have the owner follow up with you. When I informed the owner of this, there was no apology, but a response worded in a way that it was the bridesmaids fault because of the style she picked, instead of taking accountability that the team was unprepared with a variety of tools. A refund was agreed upon, and still pending2- The makeup artist ran out of the lashes she was to use on me. When she realized this, she asked me where the closest drug store was so she could go get some. Luckily, the hairstylist had some, but being the bride that's not what i wanted to hear while i am getting my makeup done. Another indication of how unprepared the team was. When i discussed further with the owner, I was mainly upset that the makeup artist was going to go to a drug store for products as I though (per the website) high end professional makeup would be used. The owner explained to me that purchasing their products from Rexall, Shoppers etc. is just as good as a beauty supply shop due to the brands that are available. She did also say the makeup artist will make sure to bring enough lashes going forward and that she only ran out because it was a particular lash she wanted to use on me. Again no apology for the team not thinking ahead while applying lashes to the others and knowing which would be used on me and thinking to save a pair.3- In the package I purchased (Gold) i am to receive professional help with getting on my veil, 0 help was offered or mentioned. My bridesmaids had to do this as best they could while trying not to ruin my hair.4- In the package I purchased (Gold) I am to received a travel skin care kit, I did not receive this, nor was I offered it. The owner offered to mail it to me or have me pick it up.5- I had a pin that was used to pin my hair to the side, after the stylist put it in it was flopping around and did not feel or look like it was in right. Finally after the ceremony, my bridesmaid asked to see if she could fix it, she was able to because the stylist put it in upside down.The airbrush makeup lasted approx. 4hrs, not 12hrs as advertised its very clear by my photos it was gone by 2:30pm after the ceremony had ended and we went to have our photos taken. It was a very hot day which likely contributed to wear timeMy last communication with the owner was a piece of advice, which if not taken by the owner I suggest you take my advice. The team does 0 gathering of information from the bridesmaids prior to services, I suggested that going forward they offer a questionnaire to be completed so they are not walking in blind the day of the wedding completely unaware of what people will request and then using the requested style(s) as an excuse when things go wrong (I.E its because of the style your bridesmaid wanted that required a particular tool & not because we were unprepared with a variety of tools). In the end, I received no apology from the owner for the team being unprepared, my poor experience and showing 0 concern for customer satisfaction. instead the only apology i received was for a delayed response to my email, & for forgetting the skincare kit nothing more.

This is from my Wife!Courtney and her team were absolutely wonderful!!! They were so professional, timely, and incredible at what they do! I had a very large wedding party, and they were so accommodating. The entire crew’s hair and make up was done on (even a bit ahead) of schedule and everyone lookedabsolutely stunning. Everyone’s hair and make up was picture picture from start to finish, lasting through many happy tears, warm and humid weather, and endless dancing. As the bride, I could not have been more happy with how the Polish Me Pretty team made me look and feel. My look perfectly complemented my features and my desired look. I trusted them whole heartedly and they delivered, above and beyond! I highly recommend Polish Me Pretty for your hair and make up needs for your big day (or any occasion really). I had my bridal make up done here and it turned out awesome! I felt so beautiful on my big day and loved how I was accommodated through all of the date changes due to Covid. I went in with an idea and had pictures. And they were able to make the dream come alive! Thanks so much!

Marel did my bridal hair and makeup for my wedding and everything lasted so well! By the end of the night my makeup looked like it was just applied, even after it being 40° outside. Marel listened to what I wanted and everything turned out perfect! I had a group of 8 people that had their hair and makeup done and the team that came on site were so professional l, listened to whatever everyone wanted and did an amazing job! 1000% recommend them for your events.
